ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The owners and staff are amazing, very encouraging. Ive added the cold plunge, infrared sauna and red-light therapy to my routine and after two weeks of consistency feel noticeably different. As someone who has always had issues with chronic pain from an array of injuries over the years, the cold plunge is an absolute game changer . The infrared sauna is much different than the traditional sauna I was using previously. It is much more comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time and get a good sweat going. Overall, 15/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Space Delray is a great place to do Cold Plunge, Sauna, Breathwork, and Redlight Therapy! Very clean facility and friendly. They have the newest and up to date equipment!

Highly recommended! My pain level is very low, no more pain pills, cold plunge is the real deal. The place is clean and bright! Drew was great, she made my first time on a cold plunge very easy to go through. Drew you are the best!

I recently started using this cold plunge, and it has been a game-changer! Not only has it significantly reduced my muscle soreness after intense workouts, but it also leaves me feeling refreshed and energized every time I get out. The initial shock of the cold is definitely intense, but after just a few seconds, the sense of invigoration and clarity is incredible. I love how it boosts my mood and helps with stress. The infrared sauna is a huge bonus, felt so good and relaxed. Joseph was super helpful and kind to me, I really appreciated him. I’ll be back soon!
