I usually opt for appointment free massages. Because of chronic back issues I need to be able to get in asap, the scheduling here was amazing and they accommodated me when I missed my initial appointment time. The massage tech (Shay) that worked with me addressed all of the places causing me pain incredibly well and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Shay if you really have problem areas that need worked out.
