Amazing Asian Massage

This is the first bad review I have ever left on a business. My experience here was highly dissatisfying. This is a dishonest business. My sister gifted me and my wife a $150 paid massage to use at this massage parlor. My wife verified through email that everything would be in order for us when we get there to receive the massages and reserved our time slot. We sadly drove an hour and a half and took the day off at work in order to be able to come here. Upon arriving, it was so simple for them to tell us the redemption code we had from Groupon was non-valid and that they would NOT be honoring the massage. We had already previously contacted Groupon and they confirmed for us that the redemption code would in fact be valid and usable upon arrival. I highly recommend anyone reading my review to stay away from this place! They are thieves and do not deserve to be in business. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I absolutely loved my 90minutes massage! The lady was amazing, caring and sweet. I ALSO really love the products used on my hair! ( please feel free to share if you read my comment♡). I truly recommanded this place for a great relaxtion time. I will go again!

This establishment doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was gifted a Groupon which expired. I contacted the company to see if there was any way to go about still redeeming the coupon and they advised me to contact Groupon for a new redemption code. After contacting Groupon the representative stated that they do not offer new redemption codes but the merchants are aware that although the Groupon is expired they are still to honor it and sent me the original redemption code again. I made an appointment and when I showed up the kept asking me for the code. I told them that when they advised me to contact Groupon, Groupon said they don’t send out new codes but they are to honor it. I showed them the email and was repeatedly trying to explain to them what was in the email (they did not understand English I’m assuming cause she kept saying just get a new code despite being told FROM GROUPON that they don’t offer them but merchant is supposed to honor the expired unused voucher). Needless to say, I left the establishment very upset. May have been a blessing in disguise that we could not have gotten our massage. While I am very grateful to have been gifted this unused massage, I commented to my husband prior to this interaction how sketchy the location was, the inside was gross and looked unhygienic as well.

The worst massage I’ve ever had in my life! This woman wouldn’t stop talking the whole time, it was not relaxing at all! She demanded I pay upfront and that should have warned me that this is a bullshit place. And then she demanded a tip at the end! I will never ever go back and please don’t patronize this business! It is nothing but a rip off.

Doesn’t even deserve a star but was forced to by google... Worst experience/massage ever, went for a couples massage and they left the room every 5-10 min to answer the door for other customers. AND left the door open the entire time while we were exposed and basically naked! Owner or mom was arguing with the other masseuse (a younger girl) during massage. The younger girl was crying while doing the massage. Overall was a shitty experience. And definitely NOT worth it for the price we paid. They left the room so many times THEN rushed what was left of our massage time at the end. I had the older lady as a masseuse and she sucked, super rough, nothing about it was relaxing, half assed the experience. Waste of money will NOT be going back, and you shouldn’t either!

The best authentic real massage that anyone can ask for. This place is clean, staff is very welcoming, very straightforward and they provide amazing service. Went for $129 package that includes steam, scrub, shower, deep tissue massage, facial, hot stone therapy, body stretching and soothing environment. Cici and Anna provided excellent service. I felt so Light and relaxed after two hours of total session. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting this area or lives around here.

First of all I want to say that this place is extremely legitimate, very clean inside, and very professional, don’t judge a book by its cover comes to mind.The pamper package they have is an incredible deal, 60min massage, table shower/body scrub, and steam room. I have had a couple different masseuses and all were very good. My last massage was with Kelly and she was absolutely amazing. In fact, I will go as far as saying it was the best massage I have ever had (and I have had hundreds if not over a thousand massages over the past 30 years). Can’t wait to go see her again!!
