SWTHZ Preston Royal

From the moment I connected with SWTHZ, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care they brought to every interaction. The staff is not only courteous and responsive but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every detail thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. One of the standout highlights was experiencing the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The combination was invigorating and restorative—perfect for recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness. The staff walked me through the benefits and best practices, making the experience even more rewarding. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and genuinely cared for. Whether answering questions, offering guidance, or simply checking in, their team consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. It’s rare to find a company where every member seems genuinely invested in your success. SWTHZ sets a high standard for customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

Janely and Michiko were amazing - very friendly and they provided a great experience, definitely will be returning! Thank You Team!

I purchased the intro session online, it did not give me the option to book both plunge & sauna but the employee called me just to double check to see if I wanted both which I really appreciated. The studio was very clean and well kept, and I loved the set up where you can watch a movie while enjoying your sauna session. I am very much looking forward to returning after the studio upgrade, putting everything into one suite so you won’t have to change in between sessions. The best thing for me was that at the end of my sessions I wasn’t haggled by the staff to try and get me to purchase a membership before leaving. Which is why I am willing to return. Prices are high but well worth it for your recovery. SweatHouz makes it a whole vibe and I can’t wait to return!

I truly love the concept. So relaxing, the benefits are amazing. So many compliments on my skin since I been going. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like you're just coming home, and they are just snugging you in and treated me like royalty. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my membership. I just can't make it the number of times I need for the amount I spend on my monthly package. I like the fact that the sessions rolled over for a nice extended time as long as your account is still active. Once you cancel then the you loose. That sucks. Cons is I read the reviews and so many negative reviews about the cancelation policy. So I knew this day was coming. So I planned on canceling and I called and asked that if I cancel could I still finish out the rest of my paid sessions, or at least catch up on the older ones and I would forfeit the newer accured session. They said no. It's very confusing, so just be careful and ask plenty of questions. I know we live in a capitalist society, but I just thought this time a company really cares. Nope. Business is business, and I must part ways. Hopefully, I don't get screwed and my cancelation really ends without any more charges. Just like all fitness companies, make the money off of cancelations and no shows. Oh, well. If I ever get rich, I'll resubscribe. Thank you for the great staff. You will be missed.

My recovery experience at SweatHouz was amazing! Josh greeted me and was super helpful from check-in to check-out. The facility was super clean and cozy. I will definitely be back and will refer a couple family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I love the online scheduling, hours available, along with the concept of cold and hot. I know it would be amazing to have these things at home, but that’s not necessarily realistic for a lot of people. Thus having a space to go to work on our wellness is a blessing.

I could feel the benefits of the routine during my appointment. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility was very clean and felt like a luxury experience. I can’t wait to go back!
