We had a most remarkable and awesome experience with Hanson HotSprings Spas. We worked directly with Elizabeth - who is absolutely awesome...fast to respond, always on the ball, always 100% concerned to make sure we received the best possible attention and guidance. We ended up buying a Hybrid Sauna for traditional dry heat and infrared heat...we have loved it...and more importantly have loved to immediate support and assistance with Elizabeth, the install team, the tech team, and Jeff to assure we have this working to its best. And all along the way, Elizabeth has been quick to keep up to make sure we are where we need to be - and she is a wealth of knowledge related to health and wellbeing and all things related to sauna use! Thank you again!!!

Hanson Spas has been my family’s hot tub place for decades. I inherited a hot tub and knew nothing about maintenance on that HotSpring spa, so I scheduled their drain and fill service. Braiden was my service technician. Not only did he perform the basic service of quickly draining the tub, but he took the time to completely clean the interior as well as point out and educate me on all of the features of the tub. After filling it with water, he til his time to educate me on the chemicals and how to properly maintain the spa. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to educate me on everything I needed to know to effortlessly operate this spa. Not only do I highly recommend Hanson Spa for their quality spas, but their exceptional service is the icing on the cake!

Hanson HotSpring Spas is the place to go if you want quality products, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. We visited many local hot tub dealers. None could match the professionalism and enthusiasm the folks at Hanson had. We liked the fact that they focus on Spas and have all the accessories you may need in store. They also have equipment on-site to test the water. We love the HotSpring spa we purchased there. We've had it for 6 months. Since the purchase, the staff went the extra mile to make sure water quality is as it should be and that the spa and cover are set up properly for many enjoyable years of hydrotherapy and relaxation.

This was my first hot tub purchase. I went to several different spa sellers. Including the home show. It became a bit overwhelming at times. I knew I wanted a saltwater spa. Hanson was the first place that I went to. And I ended up back there after talking with several other companies in Colorado Springs. I'm very happy with the four-person limelight that I purchased. Ashley was great! Helped me out with my purchase and got me all set up. I recommend Hanson Hot Springs spas. It has been a great experience.

Kyle and everyone at Hanson Hot Spring Spa were well informed about a range of products, thoroughly explained the different options, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. The people installing our sauna, were also excellent. Looking forward to our next purchase, A Hanson hot tub.
