We had a couples massage and both loved it, virtually floated out the door afterwards. Our therapists were both quite expert and tailored our massages to our wants and needs. Mine spotted a problem area in my back and avoided it. I’d forgotten it so he didn’t know about it again. We are visiting or we’d be back for sure. They offer great packages too

As a woman, I don’t usually like women. These women are exceptional likely because they are former or current educators. My facial was fantastic! Kylie was great and will be a future history professor. She was fantastic. She taught me that I have a hard time relaxing. I will be back!

Was in need of a deep tissue massage and I came to the right place. Booked a 2 hour slot and I'm glad I did. Jen was great by listening to my needs for special attention to my back and shoulders. By the time my session was over I was so relaxed and felt great. If you haven't tried a two hour massage, please consider booking Jennifer, and you won't regret it.

For a birthday gift, I was quite excited to go for a massage. I scheduled a massage a week in advance and was really looking forward to a day to unwind, especially since my day to day is generally high stress. However, I never received a text confirmation, which seemed unusual, so I called on the day of my appointment to check. To my surprise, I was told that my appointment had never been scheduled, despite my phone call. While I was able to reschedule for the following day, I never received an apology, and I had already taken a day off work specifically for this appointment. That day off was wasted, and I felt embarrassed and frustrated by the lack of communication. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment left me even more stressed than before. I had clearly indicated that I preferred a quiet environment, as I needed mental relaxation even more than physical. While the massage itself was technically very good—and I do want to acknowledge the masseuse’s work—the experience was overshadowed by conversation about politics rather than a more quiet environment. Instead of feeling calm, I left tense and upset, and even felt tense long after I returned home. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Between the scheduling issues, lack of communication between the front desk / paperwork and masseuse for my preferences/needs, and disregard for my preference for a quiet setting, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

AVOID! Hand & Stone Massage charged my credit card a monthly membership without my wife’s consent. $89/mo for the last 12 months. She went there one time in March 2025. In addition, we attempted to cancel our membership once I learned of this and were given the run around - "you have to come in person". Now we're out over $1000 on one massage because of deceitful procedures.

It was my first visit, a gift from my brother. The massage therapist asked if I would like to use CBD oil and I said sure. She never mentioned there was an additional $30 charge for it! The massage went well and as I was checking out the girl at the counter asked for gratuity for the MT Julia and I stated I left it in the room. Next she told me I owed $30 for the CBD oil and I said there was no mention of an additional charge for it. They said oh sorry , but it is $30. I had to pay it and left, leaving me with a sour taste all night even at bed time about the way I felt duped/ conned into spending $30 extra! My husband has been furloughed for 6 weeks during the government shutdown and I am on social security and money is tight. I felt a deep distrust for your business practices as I I believe strongly in transparency!! I didn’t even notice anything from the CBD oil! I felt trapped into a surprise billing after services were rendered! It was an expensive massage already. I was feeling like I would come back again sometime but now decidedly I will not return to a business I don’t trust!!!

What can I say!! I love going to Hand & Stone!! Why?? My experience has been excellent since the beginning. The owner, and all staff are most excellent. It is a pleasure to have facials done and my massage therapist Mr. Ken is the best! Thank you all for making my experience awesome!! Bond Brown
