The Body Building

I’ve been a devoted member of the body building for many years, and I absolutely love it here! The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I'd especially like to praise Kaitlyn, who expertly administers my cryotherapy sessions every Friday. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm demeanor make every visit a delight. She truly stands out as an exceptional staff member!

I came to see Kaitlyn to get a facial, so I can start taking better care of my skin, and she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had in regards to my skin! She also broke down a skincare routine for me to keep up in between services, definitely recommend!! Plus she is the sweetest and makes you feel so comfortable!!

We love the Body Building and always come out feeling much better then when we arrived! Kasey and his staff are amazing and helpful. We especially love Kaitlyn and how she explains everything so clearly. She is so knowledgeable and loves what she does.
