What used to be a place of respite and brotherhood has become a cash grab. Entry fees have skyrocketed, towels are scarce and there’s nowhere to sit. Please stop overbooking and please stop pushing gratuity. I like tipping at the end of my stay if I’m able to sit with my friends with room to kibbutz and eat. I can Schvitz in Detroit but Cleveland has always been my home Schvitz for many reasons. I just don’t think it’s worth the drive anymore.

Such an amazing, relaxing day! Starts at noon, goes til about 5 or so on Ladies Day and Co-ed days. Sauna, cold plunge, showers, towels, delicious steak dinner (or fish or vegetarian) for one all inclusive price! Can add on 30 min massage and/or Platza for extra charge. BYOB so enjoy your own wine, booze, or beers, as well as whatever snacks you want to bring! Theres also nonalcoholic beverages available and some beer and hard seltzer choices too, included in your price! The sauna is perfect! Depending on where you sit will determine how hot you get, closer to the floor is cooler, closer to the ceiling is hotter. The Platza is a great add on in the sauna. The guy who does it is cute! My massage was also great! Both add on options have a sign up sheet to book, and just bring cash and tip for the services! The dinner is absolutely delicious! The dressing for the salad is so delish, the warm crusty bread is hearty and tasty, and the steak dinner!!! Best in Cleveland!! Steak is coated in garlic and perfectly cooked to temperature! The service is phenomenal and the day at the Schvitz is everything you could hope for!!! Be sure to tip when you are checking in, all the staff splits it and everyone takes such good care of you. Don’t worry about the area, there is a parking lot attendant and the building itself is very secure. Enjoy!!!!

Best steak in town. Eating in a towel and drinking your choice. Then sharing home made appetizers with other guest. Then super hot to freezing water. A massage with eucalyptus and a shower then off you go. Coed now which I think is cool. Have to add shorts under the towel but I like the variety.

Randomly found this gem a few months ago and I’m sure glad I did. This place is judgment free, come as you are and the ladies days are a whole vibe. Leaving reality to sweat, plunge, ground down and decompress from life is something we all need once in a while. The massages are magical and do try a platza! Chef throws down in the kitchen as I have tried just about everything here. I have been a half a dozen times in the past few months and it’s been a game changer to add to my health and wellness. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Cleveland and I’ll see ya next season.

Awesome experience great staff and amazing food

Excellent experience. Parking lot attendant on duty, great steam, excellent strip steak lots of fresh garlic, onions and peppers served w/ salad, finished up with soothing deep tissue massage. Send Billy a text message for available dates. Opens about 3 till 9pm or so. Have spoken about my experience with friends and now planning a couples night out when Schvitz has their co-ed night. A true Cleveland experience. Will definitely return!
