Not as good as before! First, they gave you a discount only if you buy 10 tickets or more, so you can save about 5 dollars for each ticket. However, they put a strict time limit on those group tickets and it is usually under 6 months. If for some reason that you couldn't go during the time limit, such as the long located down during the pandemic, then you have to pay 10 to 15 dollars extra when you try to use the old tickets again. It will cost you 30 to 35 dollars to reuse the old tickets and the regular, single ticket price is only 25 dollars. Therefore, don't buy a group ticket offer and end up paying more! Plus, if you have to go early in the morning when they open at 10 AM, then you will run into more problems! The lights will be all off and all the different Sauna rooms will not be turned on, until you go to front desk and request for it. Unfortunately, the staff working in front desk told me that this is NORMAL to be dark and no temperature set in the rooms. Also, the restaurant will not be open until 1 PM, so you will be very hungry if you come early!

the terrestrial heat of the mail hall is awesome but too noisy.it offers all kinds of sauna,such as charol,salt and so on.it is a place for relaxing if you have encough time ,but not quiet.I donot think it is a place worth to visit,especially you pay but without any services

Came here to loosen up muscle tension prior to my marathon and it was totally worth it. Spent a few hours in the hot bath and steam room to stretch everything out and then had some kimbap at the food court. Enjoyed the dry rooms and felt mentally and physically cleansed.

It was my first time here with my mother and we enjoyed our time at the spa. $20 for an all day stay they have 4 different spas, 3 Jacuzzis, ice pool and a steam room. They offer massages for good rates. Definitely coming here again. Good rates and kind helpful staff. Thank you all for your kindness.

I came with friends and the room took a while to warm up. 3 rooms feel the same temperature. Only the dome felt pretty hot. A bit of a language barrier but made it through. The ice room wasn't very icy.

Super rude and unprofessional manager in the front desk. He is unwilling to help his customers with anything that happen at the spa. Probably if you trip and get hurt, he won't call the ambulance for you. They steal your belongings, so be very careful. In the end they spite their customers and feel that we suppose to own them even after we paid.

A welcoming Korean style hot spa for melting the stress away. The facility has separate male and female locker and shower areas, hot tub, towels are provided, various individual rooms with different rock and heating features and set at various temperatures, a large hall to just lie down and relax and rest, massage chairs, a professional massage service, and a canteen area where they sell food. Not allowed to bring outside food in but this is not checked.
