Tribe Cold Plunge

Tribe Cold Plunge is an extremely well maintained facility that is owned by a military veteran. The equipment is impeccably maintained, the space is clean, and the staff is friendly. Cold plunge has a lot of benefits including improvement in sleep, circulation/pain/inflammation and mood so if you haven’t tried it before then definitely stop by for your first time here.

Tribe is a new business for cold water therapy. There’s four cold plunge tubs and a sauna to warm up after your therapy session. The owner is friendly and the atmosphere was great. So if you support veteran owned business come check it out!

Clean and cold tubs ! I used the sauna to warm up after ! Especially if you work out all the time, utilizing both cold plunge and saunas is great for post recovery since Im active duty and I skateboard. I will be back thanksgiving week !

Super cool vibes. Come in and get out quick. Staff is super friendly no matter who is there. Facilities and tanks are always pristine, water is always COLD!

Shannon and the team are very kind and welcoming. The environment combined with the cold plunge and the sauna work together to make a very therapeutic and enjoyable environment. This is the best spa in town!

Tribe Cold Plunge is an awesome experience. The owner is super friendly, and the vibe there is just top-notch. I was sore after my workout, and he helped me get some confidence to try my first tub-based cold plunge! After the plunge, I hit the sauna for a bit and came out feeling like a new person. Warming up after makes a huge difference. Also, it's awesome to support a veteran-owned business. If you're feeling sore from workouts - definitely recommend this therapy and this place!

This place is awesome! I can't say enough great things about the owner, the space, & overall mission of this business. My first time trying a cold plunge & a sauna was a great experience! They know how to make you feel welcome & supported the entire time! Must try!🥶
