Great place and people! We bought our first hot tub here and they were very helpful and informative. They delivered the tub and got it all setup, explained everything, and answered all our questions. We recently had an issue with the electrical and they squeezed us in their schedule (twice!) to make sure we got it fixed quickly since it was below freezing outside. Robert came out both times, he was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable! 100% recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience buying my hot tub from global spas and stoves. Nick was amazingly communicative and walked me through the process every step of the way. Oksana and Taylor installed the hot tub with absolute care, and were such a joy to chat with. They also talked me through chemicals, maintenance, ongoing support, and made sure I felt comfortable and happy. Can not recommend enough!

We purchased a new gas stove and it was installed in January. Everything about the sale & install was wonderful! Josh, LD, & Nick were so professional and friendly during install. They were respectful of our property and explained everything. They cleaned up & went above & beyond. We would recommend Global Spas & Stoves to everyone!

Global Spas has been great from start to finish! Installation was a breeze and Oksana was super helpful with the chemicals and played with my dog! Nick and Josh did a great job explaining how things work and I know I just have to make one phone call and they will handle anything I need!

As a first time spa owner I was so lucky to find Matthew! He knew everything there was to know about hot tubs! He was patient and kind and explained what I needed to do to get started and keep my hot tub in great shape! Can’t say enough good things about him and the shop! Thank you!!!!

Josh and Robert are amazing! Very professional, informative and quality installation job done. We love our Blaze King Princess insert. It's super efficient, burns less wood than our other stove, puts out more heat, and leaves less ash. They also installed a wind reducing cap and packed the chimney with something else to help reduce wind noise - it's working! Much quieter than our chimney had been on windy Wyoming days. All our interactions with Global employees have been amazing. Several months ago we stopped in their store to look at options. Later Matthew drove all the way to our house to look at our space and provide recommendations. Based on those we purchased the Princess insert. They are always friendly on the phone and responded quickly to emails. Very happy with Global Spas!

There is definitely some badassary going on a Global Spas and Stoves. From start to finish my experience with them has been amazing. On the phone for a rough estimate, the manners were impeccable. The estimate for the bid was professionally handled all the way to purchase. Installation day came; Josh and Robert were on time, explained the process, and got the job done. Now that my stove is in, I won’t be heating with Gas. I know where to go if I ever get a spa.
