⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a total massage snob — I go weekly and I’m very hard to please — but I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! My friend gifted me a Groupon for a facial at Massage Heights, and I’m so glad she did. Chloe was the aesthetician who did my facial, and she was absolutely wonderful! We clicked right away and talked through the whole service (which I never do), but she was just so sweet and knowledgeable. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and my skin felt amazing afterward. They also talked me into trying out one of their massage therapists, Elliott — and WOW. He’s incredible! You can tell he takes great pride in his work and really knows his stuff. It wasn’t just a massage; it was true bodywork with stretching and deep muscle release. I left feeling looser, taller, and just overall amazing. I wish I had booked two hours because I didn’t want it to end! If you’re considering a visit to Massage Heights, do yourself a favor — book with Elliott for massage and Chloe for facial. They’re both passionate, professional, and absolutely excellent at what they do.
Don’t let this review discourage you from coming to massage heights cedar park! Overall the customer service is amazing & Sean is an amazing owner of this location and takes pride of his staff to ensure all of the customers are having an excellent experience. I was take care of after having a disappointing experience, thank you to Sean and the massage staff team. This review is only for my experience with a massage I experienced with Michelle. I would give the team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! Unfortunately Michelle was extremely unprofessional & not a good masseuse. She revealed way to much about her personal life to me & even information about massage height policies that I don’t think was appropriate to share with me and made me uncomfortable with the amount of information she shared with me. She started me late and ended me to early, she also said she would meet me outside after the massage & she didn’t. Over 10 years of getting massages, this has taken the #1 for the worst one I’ve received. I would give that not even one ⭐️ The women helping me was extremely nice though at the front desk, shoutout to her! If you get a massage you should book Elliot, he’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ therapist.
TL;DR - Therapists are wonderful but don't get a membership, and expect errors with your appointments. I've been a member of massage heights for years, since before the pandemic, and I even converted my husband into getting a membership soon after. However, the issues we've faced this past year finally pushed us into cancelling our memberships. These are not in any particular order, but here's what we experienced that led up to this decision: - My husband scheduled a massage and facial. Massage Heights had reached out to move his appointment, but neglected to let him know that they only moved one. So imagine his surprise when he came in, and there was a 2 hour gap between services. The admins should've let him know when they reached out, and given him the option to reschedule both services entirely instead of leaving him with a gap between services. - We've had 60 minute massages scheduled when they were supposed to be 90 minutes. Mistakes happen, but this has happened more frequently in the past year. - My husband once cancelled his massage via text, when he got the message to confirm or cancel. This apparently did not go through and he was charged for missing the service, even though he did cancel. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they did not offer any apologies or refund. - After one of my massages I was checked out under someone else's account. This error was caught later and reversed, they called to tell me, but it left me worried that my payment info is still on another person's account now. - We were told we could pause our memberships and pay a small amount per month vs the entire membership fee, which we asked to do. This request did not go through I guess, because we were still seeing the full membership charge on our accounts. - When we cancelled and explained why, they were no apologies or assurances that our feedback would be shared with management. You'd think after being a member for so many years there would be some effort to prevent churn? Instead they've turned a happy customer into someone who is leaving a detailed negative review on Google. I was also told that cancellation is not immediate, I would have to pay out the rest of the year before it was cancelled. - Which leads to my recommendation to anyone reading this, just don't do it. One off service might be ok, as long as you stay on top of all of the details. But don't sign up for any membership, you won't be able to cancel otherwise, and then you'll be stuck going in until your membership ends and your credits are used up. Awkward. Update 1/8/26: My membership was finally cancelled, but for some reason my husband's wasn't - even though we came in and cancelled together at the same time. Just another example of the disregard this place shows for customers.
I wouldn’t come here again. I loved the heated beds but the face hole was too small. My masseuse took a restroom break during my massage and they don’t massage glutes or upper thighs. When I get a full body massage I expect that. I’m a runner so I specifically go for glutes and legs.
This review is for Message Heights Cedar Park, Texas Only!!! Posting this review based on my recent experience. The Lead Phoenix was unprofessional and need Customer Service training . The Therapist Holly I will no longer be requesting. I moved my membership to another location based on my experience at Cedar Park Massage Heights. Therapist, there was NOTHING the Retreat Director Sean did to rectify the issue. I have been a member of Massage Heights for approximately two years. I have not ever experienced any problems previously. Until one day, I requested my regular appointment with Michelle, and I was informed that she was not available, so I was scheduled with another therapist, Sarah, who was absolutely a great therapist. When I scheduled for the following month, I was told that Sarah was a Tier 2 and there was an additional fee (gratuity). Which was fine. I was informed that Sarah had left, so I was recommended the next best therapist, "Holly." I remember the first time I met Holly, I initially had a gut feeling that something was off with her. I just could not figure it out. The second time, I went ahead and asked for Holly again. I was scheduled for July 20th, at 4pm. Then, out of nowhere, I was contacted by Phoenix stating that Holly no longer wanted to service me. I asked Phoenix "why," she stated that she was not able to disclose that information. Which did not add up to me. The only two reasons are either my race or because Holly felt that I did not pay her enough extra money over her gratuity. The Retreat Director allowed this situation to occur and escalate. How do you refuse service to someone that did not do anything, and you cannot explain to the customer what they did? This type of behavior is unfortunately done to so many people. It's sad that in 2025, we are still experiencing this type of treatment. So, I moved my membership to another location because I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. Whatever Holly's issue is, it's not my problem, it's something going on internally with her. I do not recommend Massage Heights Cedar Park. I'm not sure if their management changed from the time I started my membership, but clearly there is a serious problem at this location. Kudos and MUCH appreciation to Tori (Retreat Director) at Massage Heights Mueller for stepping in to assist with my relocation and for your excellent professionalism, management and customer service.
I went in for a massage and everyone was super helpful. Linda was my masseuse and she was great! I feel very relaxed and like so much tension has been released. I hope to be back and I highly recommend her.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years. The staff is amazing! Very clean and professional environment. Amy is the best!! Must try!
