HOTWORX - Cedar Park

Using this location for the next few days while visiting from out of town. It is A much tighter spaced HOTWORX than my two frequently visited locations. The cubbies are extremely smaller as well. They are the first ones I have seen unable to hold the mats. However, I loved having hand towels and sanitizer outside of every room! They also have way more availability throughout the day. This location clearly takes pride in their location.

I started my membership a couple days ago, after my sister recommended it and i absolutely love it. I havent worked out in years but I'm addicted to hotworx. Special shoutout to Stephanie who helped me and showed me around. She's so sweet and very helpful. Made me feel welcomed! Very happy about my new membership

Everything was pretty good as far as the workouts. The cancelation process is really disappointing (I guess it is a gym thing). They make it somewhat difficult to cancel (not in the app and not very easy to find on the website) 2 additional months are charged or a $99 fee.. Basically an obvious money grab on the way out. Pretty disappointing to have the whole experience soured with this at the exit. Caveat emptor!

My coworker and I go every day at lunch and it is by far the best workout especially if you need to make the most out of an hour. We took 2 weeks to try every gym around the Cedar Park area and Hotworx came out on top. Highly recommend!

Love the work out love the studio. This facility is terrible at getting back to customers regarding billing. I cancelled a membership in studio w proper medical documents and they charged me 299!!! The front desk blamed it on old management.. her "new manager would be briefed on the complaint Monday afternoon " I called on a Wednesday!!!! still no manager has reached out. I called again today to ask for the copy of the document I signed to cancelled suddenly we have "you’re confused, I never said we had cancelled your membership. I don’t have time to go back and forth with you!" She hangs up! Do not give these people your credit card information!!! They’re manipulating documents to hold you financially accountable! This is unmoral and I have filed a claim w my attorney and the better business bureau.

Recently started my membership. I have been enjoying the workouts. The main and most important pro for me in being able to benefit from the inferred saunas during my workouts. However, a few reasons why I would not recommend for others; First off, the restrooms, just two co-ed restrooms, and only one has a shower. This can be an inconvenience at times as I have work after morning classes and I don't live close enough to run home for a shower. Secondly, saunas can fit up to 3 people to a class, but its a tight fit, I would prefer two people tops for the extra space when taking certain classes, such as yoga. This sometimes means I have to schedule 5am or 8pm classes. Lastly, I wish they had mirrors in their sauna so I can correct my postures if needed, it can be difficult to make sure I'm executing positions/postures correctly with a virtual instructor.

Friendly staff and a great place for sauna workouts.
