Cold Plunge Studios

Usually, my brain never turns off, but in the sauna and especially the cold plunge I finally get that elusive "in the moment" feeling. I sleep better, have more energy, and I find it easier to be off my phone. I literally come here every single day. The facilities are always very clean, and I love that scheduling is so flexible through their app. Plus, the treatments are basically self-serve, but you’ve got support and advice when you need it.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The sauna and cold baths are great with different temp options, and the staff is fantastic. The pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely give it a try.

I enjoyed my first cold plunge experience! I wish there was a cold plunge location a bit closer to home so that I could go more often, but still worth the drive!

Extra star for their manager Josh, he’s always got a smile on his face and does a good job managing the place. Unfortunately, the owner will continue to run this place into the ground. Bad policies all around. The appointment scheduling and cancellation procedures recently implemented are sharky. Even cancelling your membership is a total hassle. Has to be done in person now? For literally no reason other than to get a few more dollars out of you. Todd, the community at your studio is close knit and none of them respect the direction you’ve gone. You will continue to lose your core members until you stop taking advantage of them at any angle you can.

First time cold plungers! We were a group of 3 girls & had so much fun, felt safe & educated. Josh was extremely helpful & answered all our questions. Facilities were clean & accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to spark wellness.

If there was one, this studio would be the gold standard for cold plunge and sauna. The layout, the ambience and the quality I feel is pretty much unmatched. There’s another very good cold plunge studio in Florida that I go to. That is also fantastic. However, this one I would consider to be the standard. You cant go wrong with this Studio.

My fiance and I couldn’t believe how amazing we felt from just one session! I thought I would hate getting into the cold water, but it was so exhilarating that it didn’t bother us at all. The exhilaration lasted several hours after the session ended. We are going back again today and will be making it an almost daily commitment as part of our health plan!! And, the pricing is very reasonable!!
