This review is long overdue, lol. Ms Sophia is a very professional and smart lady. The environment is clean and peaceful. My family and I now use both her skincare products and also hair products. I have had two services with her a facial and a chemical peel(this I highly recommend). I am quite sensitive to pain so with the chemical peel Ms Sophia worked me through on what to expect. She was going to apply one main peel and she said to me, this would make you feel some pain and I would have to rub it in for five minutes, as she started and about the fourth minute or so I told her I couldn’t take it anymore, she stopped and respected my wish regardless of the timing expected I always like to tell myself this, wherever I go to either buy a product or get a service I am also buying and experience and for me over all I got great experiences and I will definitely recommend. I have known about this spa for 4 years now my sister told me about it because I had severe acne and a lot of dark spots. My face is much better now since I started to come here for facials. I highly recommend coming here, the owner knows how to help clean up your skin. She will make you leave satisfied. It’s a very peaceful and calm environment and you will love it here.

I got a very relaxing facial by Sofia. I have very sensitive combination skin and her products cater to all skin types. Definitely a plus for me. It also helps that she has a calming demeanor. That makes the experience much more enjoyable.

Sophia's hands are BLESSED! I highly recommend the Hydra Facial, Sophia guides you throughout the service and explains each step.. The staff is very friendly and polite, cleanliness of the spa is top notch and the atmosphere is VERY calming and welcoming... I'll be BACK for SURE! I truly fell in love with this spot today. Went in for a facial and gained so much knowledge from Sophia. She has the softest touch and takes her time with your skin to ensure that your happy with the service. Prices are affordable and i even purchased some of the products she applied on me today. Customer service was one of a kind and the spa is so soothing and calming. Sophia is officially my new esthetician and I’ll be returning for more

I’ve had the best facials and spa treatment at Kingdom Royale. Sophia takes the time to discuss your concerns and explain the necessary treatment. You never feel rushed and the service is excellent. I’m so happy I discovered this place in my own neighborhood! I’ve been here more than once and I have my next appointment booked. Also, have recommended her to family and friends. I can definitely see a difference and improvements in my skin.

I have been following this spa on instagram for sometime & recently was feeling very self conscious about my skin due to multiple breakouts and discoloration. I booked my first appointment for an extraction at the end of November 2023 & never looked back. The extraction was not fun but Sophia took her time with me & was very informative on the process. We spoke about the issues I was having with my skin & she suggested some things for maintenance. One thing I truly appreciate is that she did not force her products or other services on me & was not pushy nor condescending. She thoroughly provided information to me and whatever I decided after that was my business. I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel bad about it. With the information she gave me, I ended up purchasing her skincare system (which actually works for my skin) and booked a 3 session chemical peel. After the extraction, I traveled and had some concerns about my skin as this was a new process for me & I was able to send her pictures via email. she was able to coach me through & reassure me to trust the process. My first peel was in January 2024 and I’m not going to lie that session was brutal 😩. She analyzed my skin & made sure to cleanse & remove all impurities before applying the peel. She was very patient throughout every step of the way and tried her best to warn me when discomfort was coming. At the end of the first session, I received my care kit & she even gave me a little Christmas gift. I saw the difference in my skin within days after the peel. I received a lot of compliments from my friends saying that my skin was much brighter & even my makeup artist said my skin was a lot smoother. By the time my 2nd peel came around, I was an expert and ready for the challenge lol. I completed my last session today & the first thing I was told when I walked through the door was that my skin was much brighter. I even received skin tag removal service today as well. A little "spicy" as she calls it but she coached me every step of the way. Sophia and her assistant are very hospitable and make you feel a part of their little family once you walk through the door. I cannot be more pleased with the services provided to me and I will definitely be returning as frequently as I can. Thank you for bringing my confidence back ❤️
