I have been coming to this location for the last 3+ years periodically to the same massage therapist. Once my therapist went out on maternity leave, I decided to give a new therapist to try and booked a regular full body massage as I normally had in the past. What I experienced though was nothing short of odd, uncomfortable, and nothing like what a traditional massage should be. I travel every 3 months to a new country and have had massages all over the world and have never once had this disappointing experience.The massage was essentially the therapist pressing into pressure points on my body, and then holding those pressure points while stroking down my arms and legs stating that she needed to release fluid built up in my body, and that this was the best type of massage for the areas she was feeling were tight. Multiple times throughout the massage I asked the therapist to do a lighter pressure, and told her that it was painful but she continued doing what she thought was best, stating that it would help my aches and pains. I didn’t continue to speak because I thought that she would at least be doing a traditional massage in between these techniques and by the time I knew it, the 60 minutes and 100+ dollars spent was over. After paying, I immediately requested on the website to speak to the manager instead of reporting the information to a secretary so that I could get things handled directly. The manager called me back a couple days later and asked why I didn’t speak up during the massage, and the stating that she had to "investigate this further before doing anything." I told her that I felt extremely uncomfortable during the massage, and that I’ve never experienced a massage like this in my life, and never been in pain during the process at that. I still tipped a normal amount because of the service provided out of respect and didn’t ask for a refund, but simply asked for the decency to talk things through. The manager seemed annoyed that I even had called, said she would speak to the therapist, and then never got back to me now 6+ months later. I would never feel comfortable going to this salon again, seeing as how I was treated rudely for speaking up without even asking for my money back and then never given a call back. You don’t know what type of treatment you’re going to get at any point of time even if youve been a trusted customer for years.

Chase did an amazing job! This was my first facial I will definitely be coming back. Very relaxing and soothing along with great skin care tips that I can use in my everyday life. 10/10!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place! Tika does amazing hair!! Just beautiful, shes super sweet listen to what i was wanting and out did my expectations. Ans Neirda plexigel queen! Never have my hair & nails looked so good! Staff is always nice.

I’m giving one star because they offered a Groupon and also because that’s the lowest I can go. My first inclination that my spray tan (which was done by a technician, not in a machine) didn’t go as well as I’d hoped was when I showered after the allotted time had passed and noticed that my cha chas were not at all tan. Ah yes, now I remember. The tech had me lift my breasts to spray underneath but apparently never gone back over them. Nice. Now here we are on day two of my vacation, and the darkening on both my wrists (and half of my one hand) hasn’t lightened but I have lost a lot of color other places. Like my face and my feet. Vaca pics of me going from tan to very untan while at the beach will look a bit goofy I’m sure. Eh. Groupon plus tip = still not worth it. Super bummed!

I booked the Signature Facial and it was absolutely soothing, relaxing, and just what I needed! Chase was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and made sure the entire experience was comfortable from start to finish. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly relaxing facial experience!

I had a horrible hair experience. One where I spent an obscene amount of money to look as though I needed to get my hair done. I was simply looking for highlights and low lights, but instead had my hair bleached blonde, and she put dark hair dye on my roots. It was awful I walked out looking like I needed to get my hair done. Thankfully I was able to get in to The Face and the Body Day Spa for a color adjustment with Elaina, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Elaina took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and preferences regarding the color adjustment. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did Elaina expertly correct the color issue I was experiencing, but they also provided valuable insights and suggestions for maintaining the vibrancy and health of my hair. Her attention to detail and precision during the adjustment truly exceeded my expectations. The final result was beyond what I had envisioned. My hair looks and feels incredible, with the color perfectly balanced and seamlessly blended. I've received numerous compliments since leaving the salon, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not sure if it is disclosed when people buy gift cards that they are only good for a year, But considering the Holidays are coming, It might be a good idea for people to know. Many people either are working a lot or maybe they don't have enough self confidence to go until a couple of years later. You collect money from people, you should honor the cards you sell. After all, you have the money, so why not provide the service. I hope anyone see this keeos this in mind and at least now maybe they have the chance to tell whomever they are giving the card to that there is a time limit
