Highest recommend for any fireplace/insert needs. I bought a Kozyheat gas insert fireplace from IHT in boulder over a decade ago. When switching to a heat pump this winter, instead of opting for a heat strip back up or trying to keep old gas furnace as back up - considered finally getting a gas insert for our living room, which has had a capped gas pipe. Called up - Walter set us up with best Kozyheat option, and Shane installed it. Best decision. Great service and follow up. Lost power for four days in big winds the same week it was installed, and the kozyheat fireplace kept the house lit up and warm. Highest recommend.

I bought a house recently that came with a hot tub. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to cleaning and the chemicals needed for keeping my hot tub in the right condition. Luckily when I visited the store Walter helped me out. He was kind, courteous, and professional. If I need more help I know exactly where to go!!

I ordered the tub in August and it arrived in March, due o the pandemic. I purchased the Azure -4 person (without wood paneling), cover/ lift and steps. It's my first time owning a tub and it's easy to use, fun to sit in with a few beers and friends. The delivery guy Devan and the owner's friend were very knowledgeable to get me set-up/ started. Chris, the sales man was also very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right tub for me. However, the third part electricians that IHT uses wanted to charge me $1200-$1400 to set-up. I felt like I was being scammed from that third-party electrical company, they lied about the footage, then lied about the wiring and tubing we set-up under the concrete pad prior to ordering the hot-tub. My house already had a functioning sub-panel, so I waited to fill/turn-on tub until I got another electrician that weekend the new electrician plus additional carfelx and wiring and tubing cost me $400.00. My advise, If you're going to purchase a new tub get an electrician on-site to set everything up, so when the tub arrives, it's a quick hook-up and you can avoid potential scams.

Matt Armstrong did an excellent job replacing our pump. He is extremely efficient and an excellent communicator. No time wasted and left me feeling completely satisfied that the job was done to the highest standard. He even brought an inflatable mini tub that saved considerable time and water bill money as he was able to drain and refill the tub quickly. Highly recommended. Also, he has a great knowledge of the product line, so would be helpful if you need a new tub or replacement.

We purchased a Pulse tub 2 1/2 years ago and love it just as much today as when we first got it. We are doing an addition and had to get a permit for the tub for the county. Chris Pinter provided us with a compliance certificate and all the documents we needed to get an exemption on the energy offset requirement. Saved us a lot of money! Thank you Chris - the good service from IHT continues long after the purchase.

Our first time purchasing a hot tub and I had a LOT of questions to ask. Johnny at the Boulder location was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me all the features and maintenance requirements, even looking up how much to expect our energy bill to change. I had my kids in tow and he was great with them too. We are happy with our new addition and highly recommend.
