SPA InterContinental Boston

The intercontinental spa was a great experience. We enjoyed our time in the relaxing lounge and had great service. Jeff performed my facial which was fantastic. Mirna performed my massage with multiple add-ons and it was incredible, extremely thorough, and both are very professional. I highly recommend them!

Mirna is more than a spa worker — she is a natural healer with magic hands. The ointments and oils she used smelled lovely too. The facility itself is lovely as well, with a locker room, a steam room, and a waiting area that is restful and beautiful. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed with my experience. My friend and I booked a couples massage , she got a good massage, but mine was very disappointing. My massage therapist didn’t seem to put in any effort; it felt more like gentle rubbing than a real Swedish massage. For the price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. To make things worse, at the end of our session, a man came into the women’s locker room to use the steam room, which was really uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Ask for Robyn. I think she is amazing! First of all, give your body a treat every once in awhile, we all work hard. So, this ain't no cheap massage and the not for the feint of heart because they will feint. However, the customer service is top notch! They do their best to cater to your needs. You won't regret taking time to spend on yourself or spouse. You deserve it!

I had an 80 minute massage with Gayane. She is hands down the best masseuse I have had the pleasure of having! I’ve had hundreds of massages and she is top tier. The spa is beautiful in general as is the hotel. 10/10 experience.

My sisters and I had a great experience here. I had a lovely massage with Mirna and great facial with Jeff. Very pleased! The amenities are nice. And the front desk staff were wonderful!
