Love this place! The vibe is chill, the people are great, and the saunas/cold plunge are awesome. I try to get there a few times a week.

So glad I found this for when I'm in town visiting. A great way to relax, super helpful staff and parking is a plus! Loved using the sauna and outdoor space on a snowy day, very peaceful

I don't think I can even express how much I love this place. I was scared of the cold plunge the first time but it was exhilarating to do - it's also optional! It's so nice to be able to get warm on cold Boston days. The staff is awesome and responsive. The only downside is they're closed Tuesdays - I wish they alternated which location was closed on which day so I could still go then!

Unbelievable sauna and cold plunge experience. Great vibes all around. 10/10 The staff (Margaux!) is awesome too!
