Dr. Hong Med Spa

I was new to the city and searching for a provider for injectables. After researching online, Dr. Hong came highly recommended for both her expertise and her thoughtful approach. I’ve always struggled with feeling like my lower face was starting to sag, and I hadn’t found anyone who truly understood how to address that concern—until I met Dr. Hong. Dr. Hong is an absolute gem! She is not only incredibly kind, but her talent is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. She offered thoughtful, customized recommendations and achieved the most natural, beautiful results. I genuinely feel like she took 20 years off the lower half of my face—without ever making me look overdone. What I love most is her whole-body approach and her commitment to constantly seeking out the newest, cutting-edge trainings. I’m so excited to continue implementing all of her ideas. Dr. Hong will absolutely AMAZE you!

I came in with really bad chin filler from a previous injector that left my chin dented, and I was so upset about it. But Dr. Hong is AMAZING — she magically fixed it!! ✨ Even the smallest adjustment made such a huge difference, and now my face looks so much more balanced. She’s also so nice and patient. I honestly can’t believe how good it looks — I’m beyond happy! 💕

Dr. Hong is AMAZING. Prior to seeing Dr. Hong, I received Botox injections at another location and was not happy. My experience with Dr. Hong is completely different than my past experience. Dr. Hong is a doctor, so she knows what she's doing. She spends a lot of time with her clients and the injections are very strategic and well done and, and the results are awesome. She cares about her clients as people and wants them to be happy. Her price is very fair, especially considering how skilled she is. I will not go anywhere else now. I also find the Boston location to be convenient.

Doctor Hong is my go to gal. Results for dysport are quick and the prices are great! Not only that but she and her staff are so kind and sweet- AND looking out for your best interests so you can look your best. After going to her for the last few years I’ve found she is invested in her clients, personable and just a wonderful person. Can’t say enough good things! Definitely give her a try!

Dr. Hong is an incredibly talented and kind injector. I saw her for Botox ahead of my wedding and she took the time to make sure my results were absolutely perfect. She told me she sees each client as her "masterpiece" and that sentiment shows! Her prices are so reasonable for Boston too! I’ve paid much more at other medspas for lesser results. I’m leaving this review a while after getting Botox in the newton office with Dr. Hong maybe 10-12 months ago. I’ve been reflecting on my experience. While I will say she does know what she’s doing as far as Botox and I did appreciate the follow up appointment since it was my first time I think there’s some things to improve on. First, I myself am in the medical field. I have suffered with acne for over 7 years and have been to top dermatology & everyone has a solution but the only thing has ever worked for me is lifestyle changes and hormonal balancing. Not expensive cosmetic treatments. But regardless I went to Dr. Hong for Botox on my forehead. Not an acne consolation. She commented on my skin saying it was bad. Mind you I thought I was having a good skin day. So that made me feel bad about myself. I didn’t ask for her opinion on my skin and I went to her for Botox not acne advice. She also commented on how I needed face tightening using emsculpt (again never asked for this treatment or for this advice). I get Koreans have a very different standard of beauty but I personally have no interest in fitting into that standard. If someone comes in for a consultation on forehead Botox I don’t think you should be pointing out all the other things you think need to be done to them. I love myself and personally only wanted Botox, I’m also 25 years old… I know in Korea plastic surgery is normalized but not everyone wants to fit into a beauty standard. Also making money by pointing out ones insecurity’s is pretty messed up. I know she has a good heart and is a nice women but I think it’s good to be aware that when you point out people’s "flaws" unprovoked especially when they are so young and already insecure it is not nice! I went for Botox not to be told I need acne treatments and skin tightening. It definitely gave me a complex and made me insecure especially because I didn’t even have enough money to get the treatment even if I wanted too!
