Absolutely love this salon! The service is great and they are quick and efficient. It’s a bit on the higher end of pricing, but you absolutely get what you pay for! Their nail art is also super cute! These pics are all sets I’ve gotten at Boston nails and spa, each with a different nail tech.

I have officially had three appointments at BNS, and my experience has been AMAZING each time! I have been seeing My, who always exceeds my expectations based on my reference pics. Everyone working there is extremely nice and it makes my two hour long appointments breeze by. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of time and detail put into each set I have gotten. The nail artists here are truly ARTISTS! All of my sets have lasted until my next appointment without popping off or chipping. I’m so happy to have found a forever salon so close to me that can truly execute any request you have!!

If you're an acrylic baddie, don't go here. Please stick to private nail techs. My normal tech was on vacation so I searched for any salons who did acrylic and read reviews before coming here even though I normally don't trust salons. Inspo pic vs result below. The shaping was fine but the layer of acrylic was rlly thin and length was very short. Two of my nails now have cracks in them where the acrylic broke. My appt was less than a week ago. They also tried to get me to do gel x even though I booked for acrylic and only like acrylic. Seems like they do gel x nails great, but if you want acrylic go elsewhere.

I have been coming here and getting my nails done for years, and there is truly nothing like this place. The staff is professional, the place is clean, it is such a joy to spend money here and the service I receive is always incredible. I have been going to My, and their work is always PERFECT. I absolutely love supporting them and can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have had great service all around. I’m very loyal to My though, who is simply fantastic. They’re gentle, thorough, and artistic. Nails look great every time and they’re so kind and fun to talk to; they really make it enjoyable. Highly recommend for all nail services and especially nail art. My, you’re the best!

I’ve been coming here for a little under one year now. I get my gel manicure and regular pedicure done with Tracy. For a while there I was getting gel X and Richie was doing that. I would highly recommend both of them. With Tracy when she does my gel nails, the shape is immaculate (i get anlmond shape) and she applies the polish with such precision that it does not go onto my cuticles. I’m quite fussy and particular about my shape and the polish application and Tracy manages my particularity really well. She’s very meticulous and thorough and does a wonderful job. When Richie was doing GelX for me he did a great job. You do have to give him proper instructions on how you want your original nails filed and shaped otherwise he will just clip them and do a bit of a sloppy job. However, with good instructions while he working on them, he does a wonderful job as well. Overall, I highly recommend Tracy!

Wendy was amazing! I’ve been struggling to find a good nail salon in Boston since moving here three months ago, and I’m so glad I found her. My nails turned out so even and perfectly shaped. I always get soft gel over my natural nails, and at other places it always comes out thick or uneven but Wendy did them beautifully. I got a neutral pink and they look so classy and pretty. I paid by card and completely forgot to leave the cash tip I brought, which I really regret, but I’ll definitely make sure to tip next time. I won’t be going to anyone else as long as I’m in Boston.
