The Maui Spa & Wellness Center

I booked a massage and facial and the Hannah room for my husband's birthday. The room was FILTHY there was black mold in the steam room, sauna floors, shower in the women's locker room. The cold plunge pool steps are so rusted it's a total health hazard not to mention there was white spatter all over the top of the cold plunge like it hadn't been sanitized. The robes smelt like poop. I went to the manager. She said she should be inspecting things daily, But doesn't, because she assumed their sanitation team cleans things and would I make a video that she could send them, because she was shocked at what I showed her. I asked her to smell the towels because they stunk so bad and she said she couldn't smell anything because she lost her smell in covid. To spend $672.00 was a complete waste of money. The facial was rushed she explained nothing she was doing and proceeded to insult my hormoal condition telling me I should invest in cream for my malasma and hyperpigmintation. I would never go back to this place and I'm going to notify the health inspector bc its a huge sanitation issue. Not to mention insulting and rude.

Amazing experience!!! Love it! Went there with my boyfriend. Very attentive staff! Great steam room! There is a cold shower in a steam room! They gave us nice robes and slippers. There are a lot of towels we could use. We got 50 minutes massage for each person. It felt great!

I hosted a bridal shower here and it came out so nice. Some of the ladies got massages and facials. They raved about their services. The ladies that got facials were glowing afterwards. The rooftop was so nice. After we put the decorations up it looked beautiful. We were able to bring in our own catering from Joseph's. The day was perfect! Thanks Debbie and staff for being so flexible.

I went to this spa for the first time yesterday and wow I wish I had known about it sooner! A friend got me a gift certificate which I used toward a lymphatic drainage massage with Valerie, and it turned out to be an amazing choice. Valerie is a master of her craft, and combined lymphatic with some deep tissue to really give me a well-rounded experience. She was so kind and checked in with me throughout the 80 mins to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. When I stood up, I felt like I was in a renewed body. She is magic! I can't wait to go back to her. Also, the facility is beautiful; I didn't get a chance to go to the co-ed room which has amenities like hot tub and cold plunge, but I peeked my head in and it looks like something I can't wait to go back and indulge in. Thank you!

A beautiful clean spa with friendly staff and a relaxing environmnet, I love their whole theme! I really enjoyed them using warm massage oil and a heated bed which i prefer personally as some places don't have bottle warmers, Jasmine and Stacey did me and my moms massages and they did an amazing job! Debbie was also very nice and made this a wonderful experience for us, the Hana room was amazing to use before a treatment, after our treatment we went to their rooftop to sit and they gave us mimosas, will definitely be coming back! It's worth a try!

Treat yourself to the ultimate spa experience. This spa will certainly whisk you away to a serene, relaxing experience complete Columbus, Ohio with their aloha style. The specialists are always very experienced and they offer an impressive menu of spa services including over a dozen types of facials for every skin type, skin challenge or age. I opted for an anti-aging facial complete with a peel that left my skin clean, clear, deeply moisturized and glowing. The massages they offer represent numerous techniques to give you the ultimate relaxation or therapy. You’ll enjoy the beautiful decor, the quiet spaces, and the warm and friendly service of the entire staff. They have thoughtfully hand chosen a collection of fine & unique skincare products, and treatments that are available on the main floor. Keep in mind there are three floors of this spa, the first floor featuring the products and a nail spa, the second for facials and therapeutic massage as well as water treatments and the third floor a beautiful loft. This is a great place to treat yourself or a friend or family member and also to bring a group for a bridal for a baby shower.

My wife and I booked the Hana room and an 80 minute couples massage: the entire experience was amazing. The Hana room add on is absolutely worth it, and we added the copper soaking tubs as well, highly recommend. Overall great experience, massages were excellent, and as we were leaving we discussed that we need to do this at least every year for our anniversary, if not more often! Thanks to the team at the spa, just an awesome day!
