SweatHouz West Boca Contrast Therapy Studio

Had my intro session today, Michael and the lovely ladies working with him (sorry I didnt get your names!) were super helpful and made this first experience awesome. I definitely felt amazing afterwards. I look forward to returning!

SweatHouz West Boca is an extremely clean and welcoming facility. The space is always spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care, which makes every visit feel comfortable and relaxing. Kaitlyn, the manager, does an amazing job running the location. she’s professional, kind, and always helpful. Michael, the assistant manager, is equally great and contributes to the positive, friendly atmosphere. You can really tell the staff takes pride in what they do and in the experience they provide. Overall, it’s a very nice place with great management, and I would definitely recommend SweatHouz West Boca to anyone looking for a high-quality recovery and wellness experience.

Loved the experience! Never did anything like this before but definitely will do again. I do wish there were some type of flip flop sandals for the experience. Other than that it was amazing! Bella was awesome, staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

Sweathouz West Boca is a great choice if you are looking for a great contrast therapy for all over full mind and body wellness. From the hot sauna sweating out all those toxins in a relaxing environment, to the good for your skin vitamin C shower, and finishing with the chilly plunge that rejuvenates and awakens your mind and body. I feel amazing every time. The staff at West Boca are awesome and really do a great job of making the experience great every time.Cant say enough good things about this studio and staff. Will be visiting again when we're back in the area, But definitely looking forward to the future Sweathouz At Rockingham Tucson village in Salem NH!!

Kaylin, the manager at SweatHouz, delivers top-tier service. The 40° cold tub was ahhhmazing, the sauna rooms are big, spotless, and luxe, and the tiled showers are clean and boujie in the best way. The cold-hot therapy felt incredibly refreshing, calming, and exactly what my body needed. Highly recommend.

I want to be really clear: I actually enjoyed the cold plunge and contrast therapy experience at Sweat House. The facility itself is nice. My issue is entirely with how they handle billing. I had a membership for a few months. I used it heavily for a while, then I canceled my subscription via text. They told me I had a couple of weeks left on my billing cycle, so I used the facility a few more times. While I was there, the staff (Marissa) pressured me to just freeze my membership instead of canceling, since I’d be traveling for a while. So I agreed and put it on pause. Fast forward a few months—I hadn’t used the place at all, and I thought I was all squared away. But when I called to confirm my account was indeed canceled, they told me I needed to sign a cancellation form. They didn’t tell me it would prompt an $219 fee. After I did that, they hit me with a $219 final charge, even though I hadn’t set foot in the place in months. To me, it feels like they’re using their policy to squeeze an extra payment out of me that they really didn’t earn. I had already canceled and had proof of it, but they still insisted on that final charge. They stopped responding to my texts and emails and just slammed me with a final charge. It’s just disappointing. I would have possibly rejoined but now I am disputing the charge and will not be playing nice. To the staff, you picked the wrong person to rip off, it is going to cost you a lot of business in the long run. Now it’s a matter of protocols for me. To everyone else, If you’re thinking about joining, be careful with the membership terms and don’t let them talk you into anything unless you’re ready for some unexpected charges down the road.

It’s definitely an experience that everyone needs to have at least once in their lives. It’s a good go to for a self care day if you’re seeking to relax. The employees were so nice, loveeeee Bela! And the building was quiet and peaceful to be in during my visit. Don’t miss out on the amazing opportunity to visit SweatHouz!
