Chill Haus Boca

10/10 I go everyday. The sauna is awesome you can play music in it. There are 3 plunges for different temperature 40 degrees, 45 degrees and 50 degrees. They also have the compression boots with some comfy chairs. The owner and everyone who works there is really nice. It’s by far the most affordable recovery/wellness place I’ve ever been and would recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love coming here! The contrast therapy has done wonders for my recovery and overall mood. The team is so friendly and makes every visit enjoyable. The cold plunge was definitely a shock at first, but now I look forward to it every time. Such a great addition to my wellness routine!

You can tell everything is well maintained and set up with purpose. The staff is super knowledgeable and welcoming, and they actually care about your recovery, not just getting you in and out. What an amazing experience I had at Chill Haus. This spa has a calm relaxing atmosphere with a warm welcoming staff that makes you feel right at home. It’s kept clean and I love all the creative details in the design. The contrast therapy from the red light sauna to the cold plunge is so invigorating. I leave feeling relaxed and recharged. If you’re looking to improve your over all body recovery, or just want to feel amazing this is definitely the place!

I recently visited Chill Haus and had an amazing experience! I went in specifically for the Cold Plunge and it was exactly what my body needed. The setup is clean, relaxing, and well thought out—the perfect environment to recharge. The plunge itself was invigorating and left me feeling refreshed, with less muscle tension and more energy afterward. The staff was welcoming and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great place for a cold plunge and sauna session, the new ownership has done great things with the place. Very clean and well managed. Also great pricing. Highly recommend them!
