Very pleased with the professionalism and service that we received when purchasing our hot tub. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and the delivery and follow up went smoothly. Have been enjoying our set-up for over two years now and it still feels brand new.

We recently purchased a brand new hot tub from Spas Etc in Bismarck, and couldn’t have had a better experience. We shopped at 3 other dealers in ND and SD, but none came close to the service and expertise at Spas Etc. We wouldn’t have felt comfortable buying a spa from anyone else. Their communication during and after the sale was above and beyond, and the delivery staff was top notch. You will not be disappointed doing business with this team!

Was awesome working with the Spas Etc crew. Jerry was super knowledgeable and Brad knew exactly what to do. Deb was super friendly and helpful too. Great advice and experienced team Their huge showroom - makes it easy to visualize and know what you need. They have many jacuzzis, saunas, and other products in real life you can see and touch (as opposed to looking at photos online). Above their great quality products and services, these guys are local! We just recently purchased a Chelsee model hot tub from Spas Etc and we could not be more enthusiastic. The sales experience with Matt was amazing and even after stopping in numerous times to ask questions, his staff was always kind and ready to answer any questions. Throughout our install, our installers were amazing. Brad was great with our education and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. I am a nervous person when it comes to buying things new and they eased my fears and worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly. The hot tub and covana(highly recommend) is beautiful and they did a wonderful job installing it! Outstanding experience. Worked with Nate, Bryce, Matt and Brad! All of them were extremely friendly and great to work with. They made my choice easy. I had several questions about the install once I selected the spa I wanted, and they helped me with every question. They even sent the installer to my house short notice to check out my patio to make sure everything was going to work on the day of my install. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub!
