Woodhouse Spa - Birmingham

My experience at Woodhouse Day Spa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist, who gave me a tour and got me settled in for my services. This was a birthday gift from my husband: a full day at the spa that included a massage, facial, and mani-pedi. I had a locker prepared with my name on it, along with a robe and slippers for my comfort. I spent time in the relaxation room enjoying what was probably the best chamomile tea I’ve ever had—completely relaxed before my services even began. The service providers, Kamalah, Quanette, and Katie, were extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft, moving me effortlessly between appointments. Although they were very busy, the atmosphere remained calm and serene—there was no sense of rush and not a raised voice to be heard.

Wonderful Experience! I had a full day of services including the Hymalayan Hot stone tranquil massage, a Hydra Facial and a luxury Pedicure! Best Pedicure I’ve ever had! Facial was my favorite of all the services! Kindness from the staff was awesome, especially Joyce! I will book with her again!!! This was a birthday treat! It made my day!

10/10!! Check in was great, front counter staff was very helpful. Adrienne is amazing!! So professional and gentle. My massage was so relaxing I fell asleep.

I had an amazing spa experience today with Ellesse. From start to finish, she made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. She truly helped relieve my stress and allowed me to fully unwind and enjoy my birthday. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience so special. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and taken care of. I highly recommend Ellesse and will definitely be back! Such a sweet person!

Super super disappointed!! I booked a massage for myself and my daughters on Tuesday 11/25 At 11 am. My friend from North Alabama also had booked a massage at 11 with us too. Woodhouse spa confirmed our appointments a week or 2 in advance and made sure we were aware that if we cancelled anytime within 24 hours we would b charged the full massage. Pls keep in mind none of the 4 of us have ever been to Woodhouse spa. I took the day off from work and drove 1 1/2 hours for this massage. I received a call at 9:45 am on Tuesday 11/25 from the spa when I was already in Birmingham when we had 4 appointments at 11 am informing me that the painters that were supposed to have finished the night before did not finish and that they would need to reschedule our visit. I explained that I had taken the day off of work and driven an hour and a half and she just said she was sorry. Not let me fix this for u or your next massage is half off or even free. Nothing but I’m sorry. I understand things happen but do not accept I’m sorry when I took the day off and drove 1 1/2 hours to get to our appointment. I had already spent $190 for half of our appointment. Not impressed at all! Super disappointed.

I have been here several times. Today, we had a great experience for a couples massage. From start to finish, everything was great. The changing rooms, quiet room with drinks and snacks, services room, etc. I will continue to return here.

I absolutely Love, Woodhouse Day Spa! The front desk staff is amazing! My massage therapist is Keener she is always so friendly and welcoming when she comes to bring me back for my massage! Her massages are 10 out of 10 always top tier 👌🏽 I recommend her to anyone you want be disappointed 🙌🏽
