Such a fantastic experience. I am having difficulty finding the right words to describe the experience. It was just phenomenal. I think I met the owner in the lobby when I first arrived. She was amazing and shared a lot of knowledge about her and her daughter's medical expertise and experience in their services. These ladies know what they are doing!! The ambiance in the place sets the mood. The smells take you away. Yentl took care of me for both of my services. The VSteam is absolutely the most life-changing experience. I was extremely nervous and scared, but Yentl made me comfortable. She helped calm my nerves, and I was in another world once I relaxed. I can't thank Yentl enough for everything she did to make this experience unforgettable. I will be a forever customer. I will certainly be coming back and hopefully will be able to get my husband to join me!

We had an appointment booked for 12:00 PM today at Healing Waters in Birmingham. We received no notification of a cancellation—no emails, no calls, not even a spam folder surprise. We arrived 10 minutes early to an empty building with no staff in sight. When we checked our confirmation email, it showed no signs of cancellation. It wasn’t until we hit the ‘Cancel Appointment’ button at 12:10 PM that a page appeared informing us the appointment had already been canceled—by Healing Waters themselves. Hopefully, if you book an appointment online, you'll have a better experience than I did.

Phenomenal people and phenomenal service! I have had a high quality, great experience every time I’ve been there! Everyone that works there was caring, professional, kind and knowledgeable. It was always a positive environment to walk into. I was treated very well as a customer, and the services have helped my body tremendously. I am so grateful to all of them and for my experience there.

I initially wanted to rate them a 5 but our 2nd visit quickly changed that . I guess it’s true what they say once they gain your business , that’s all they think matters. Nope the customer service quickly changed by EVERYONE in there except FRONT DESK woman . My partner went to have a session completed , and left completely uncomfortable with no recognition at all from staff members at all despite the observance of someone in pain. When advised uncomfort, the heavy set woman that was initially a Charm 1st time , gave complete attitude this go round. If someone is new to a procedure or unaware , word of advice CHECK ON THEM, don’t just leave them to assume they know what to do, anything could have happened. We initially purchased a package deal but WILL NOT BE VISITING TGIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.. CONSISTENCY IS KEY and CUSTOMER SERVICE is a WINNER but be BLESSED.

Staff is VERY friendly, professional, & kind. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The ambiance was very Zen! I felt like I was in a slice of Heaven! The Korean Hip Bath was everything! I felt so rejuvenated after leaving! I highly, highly recommend!! My experience was off the charts! I don’t live in the area - but if I did..... I would definitely be a frequent customer. Whenever I am back in the city - I will be booking again! That was the absolute best Hip Bath I’ve ever had!
