I had an awesome experience at the Bliss Spa! Kateesha who checked me in was very welcoming and gracious! Monica!! I can't say enough about her!! She has the most amazing hands! They are definitely a gift from God!!

I had a good experience at Away Spa, and a big part of that is thanks to Lorraine! From the moment I first called to book our appointment, I could tell how sweet and joyful she was. She took the time to schedule everything perfectly, gave us a reminder call, and made sure my group of girls was fully satisfied with our services. Lorraine truly went above and beyond to take care of us, and her professionalism and kindness made our visit even more special. Highly recommend her and the spa

My experience at the W spa was beyond amazing! The massage itself was a 10/10 across the board. My husband and I went the weekend prior to Valentines Day and had a couples massage. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed my champagne, breakfast and I made new friends. I told one of the front desk staff that I left my tennis shoes at home and only had heels, she immediately told me I could have some flip flops to wear as a gift which I really appreciated. Thank you KaTeesha, Zyna, Royal, and Lorraine!! I love this spa and will definitely be back. Best massage and service ever!!!

Rochelle is top tier, very professional and helpful,She’s a happy spirit for the space.I received a foot massage from Imannie she was to tier as well very sweet young lady , she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need for relaxation

The Spa @ the W Atlanta Downtown is amazing!!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the beautiful Alexandria. She escorted me to the locker room where I was given a robe and slippers. She offered me a champagne while I waited. I got a deep tissue massage by Gary. Hands down the BEST massage I've received. He was very professional. The pressure was great and he did a great job asking if the pressure or stretching was too much. I loved the vibe, they played really good soul and r&b music instead of the typical massage music. Highly recommend.

I ordered service for my girlfriend’s birthday. Paid the actual cost for the resort pass and was told to put a card on file so for security purposes(late fees or cancellations) but it would t not be charged. I did so and was charged multiple times from Bliss Spa equating over $300. After calling and asking why and for a refund, I was given apologies and excuses that did not add up. Lorraine told me it was a system error and Kateesha said there was a security deposit to be paid which makes no sense if the service was already paid in full. I still have not been refunded and not reached out to after the spa stated I would. Very unprofessional and will not recommend to anyone.

My experience was pretty bad. Everyone there was nice and the facilities were fine but the services…. The things I paid a lot of money for… were awful. The massage wasn’t even a massage. It was almost like she was impersonating a masseuse. It was supposed to be a deep massage but felt more like a frenzied, hurried, all over the place lotion application. She either just graduated massage school and just passed by the skin of her teeth or never really went. Then, the facial wasn’t good either. The steam wasn’t close enough to open my pores so the extraction was painful. There was nothing on my eyes to shield the light. The towels were too hot. …. The music played in the spa wasn’t very soothing. Then they served champagne after your services instead of water. I love champagne but it’s not helpful after a massage to flush out toxins. But since my massage wasn’t really, I downed the champagne to try to dull the fact that I just threw hundreds of dollars down the drain. It was supposed to be my birthday treat to myself. So yeah, save your money and time and avoid this imitation spa.
