I’ve been going to Lexi since 2019- she is fabulous. She gives her honest opinion and takes the time to listen to what you want. I get several services with her; cut, color, highlights, waxing, and more! She’s talented and my hair always looks great. I’ve also seen several other stylists and everyone has been wonderful. I definitely recommend anyone at the salon.

raquel gave me the best therapeutic massage out there. she is literally incredible and it was by far the best massage i’ve ever had. highly recommend for any needs, she made my lower back pain feel so much better! I told her all about my concerns and she addressed all of them and provided a lot of great education about follow up and other professionals I should be looking into to help my pain! this place is great!!

Go at your own risk. I have gone here 3 times the first 2 times I came for a hair cut and the first stylist I had was very rude. Being rude about my hair and how greasy it was. Acting like I don’t wash my hair. I just wait untill I have a haircut that can be 3 days I’ll wait and my hair can greasy fairly quickly. I looked on their website for a different stylist and I found one and she was very nice. She cut my hair one time and it was okay, so I scheduled a hair apt for a color blocking. I had previously blonde on my hair I just wanted to make the blonde streaks a bit more chunkier. I was already a level 7 on my previous blonde hair. She put bleach on my blonde hair for 40 minutes and walked away. That had scared me thinking she was going to melt my hair off. Normally when you go brighter they leave it on for 15-20 minutes. I wanted a root tap so it looked little grown out, so I did not have to manage the roots and come back every 6 weeks to do the blonde roots. Instead she left me with think heavy demarcation lines looked like I had steps on my scalp. I had asked for a partial refund and they refuse. I did not sign anything and there is nothing on there website about policy’s. They want me to come back in and have them fix it. They had made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They think anyone would come back after a experience like that. 300$ I spent and the way the stylist let me leave and did not notice how harsh those lines are. I asked for a partial refund and they refuse. They want to fix it for free, but I should not have paid 300$ to leave like that. I have really bad anxiety and telling a professional with 10 years of experience they messed up, gives me really bad anxiety. I’m pretty upset that they refuse to give me a partial refund when I never signed anything and they have zero policy’s. I don’t know how anyone would go back to someone to have them fix it even if it was free, when I paid almost 300 and they didn’t do it the first time. I will cut my loses and never go back. No I will of call the store for you to tell me no you won’t do the refund again. If I have to go above you and figure it out I will. This is ridiculous and people work very hard for there money and want to treat themselves to a service.

The person that did my pedicure was very nice but I don't feel like the cuticles were removed, or the nails buffed. And the paint doesn't cover my whole nails. It just looks really incomplete to me. 😩 **editing with an update, ever since having my pedicure done by this salon I have had an infection in the skin next to my toenails. I don't advise ANYONE to get a pedicure here!!

Linda is kind and caring. She listens carefully and does an excellent job with my quirky hair. She's pleasant and makes great suggestions when she's styling my hair. I'm a return client and will continue to be her client. Thanks Linda!

I was looking for a salon that did nails without the typical nail salon chemical smell and nail techs you can have a conversation with. I found it at Allure. I got a spa pedicure with a chocolate martini ($70 and so worth it). I never do anything for myself as a mom of 2. Then got a full set dipped to match for our military ball. Cleora was my nail tech and she was so sweet and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back and would be worth the drive.

If you've read a lot of reviews for hair salons in general you'll start to realize that there is an obvious difference in those who typically go to a budget-friendly salon and those who have religiously gone to a salon/spa. I always went to a budget-friendly place like Great Clips or Holiday Hair because they're convenient and cheap and typically do an alright job. Now as a 30-something woman I felt like I should try out an actual salon and see what the fuss was about. I went to Allure once about a year ago and spent over $40 for a hair cut. It was a pretty bad job and I was scared away since then. The girl who did my hair seemed so nervous, I have a unique pixie cut that takes an experienced person which I'm sure she wasn't. Because of this I decided to go back and try again. I did this because I wanted to take my 3 year old daughter for a girl's day and have that salon experience with her and I didn't want to judge the entire salon off of one experience. I'm glad I went back! Our hair dresser, Lexi, was absolutely perfect and made us look beautiful. I explained how I get my hair cut just one time and she just jumped right in with complete confidence and did it spot on! I've never had an experience like that before. My daughter had a blast getting shampooed and dolled up and Lexi couldn't have been sweeter with her. I spent $55 before tip for both of us to get shampooed, cut and styled and while that's considerably more than great clips it was the experience and ambiance that made it worth it, in addition to a fantastic hair cut. I'm more than okay spending the money and taking time for myself to be pampered and feel like a woman, not just a number. I plan on going back to try their other services too!
