Save your money. Go to the liquor store and buy yourself a straight bottle of vodka and chug it. Promise it’ll taste better n make u feel like it’s a better use of ur money than this ‘food’ they serve. The only decent thing we had was the hummus and the naan. Serving portion size was tiny. Servers are nice and attentive. Chicken empanadas I would recommend the least. It wasn’t crunchy at all, and had the wrong type of breading on it. Genuinely if you had told me they flattened a stale croissant and then hollowed it out and stuffed in day old too dry chicken I’d have believed it. Matter of fact I’m sorta suspicious of it. Chicken had decent flavor. Kinda disappointing. Would recommend going to the tru bowl place to the left of this restaurant.

**Disappointing Experience with Manager Ricardo!** I was really looking forward to dining at this location, especially since it was on my bucket list! The ambiance was welcoming, and our waitress, Angela, was fantastic and attentive, helping us with our orders. I enjoyed a delicious watermelon margarita, and my friend found her cucumber Fresca refreshing. The popcorn chicken appetizer was perfectly fried and seasoned, setting high expectations for our main courses. However, both of us were disappointed with our entrees. My rotisserie chicken was served cold, and overall, the food lacked flavor. During our meal, Angela took a 30-minute lunch break, and another staff member took over. When I tried to address the issue with a staff member named Ricardo, his response was dismissive and rude. He implied I took too long to report the cold food, and criticized me for having touched it to check the temperature, suggesting he needed to order me new food as a result. It’s disheartening because we anticipated a wonderful experience. Despite the promising start, the lack of attention to food quality and poor customer service left us feeling let down. Insulated find out that Ricardo is one of the managers at this location I was very disappointed as management he lacks customer service experience and the knowledge of how to communicate properly and respectful with customers. Please get him some training

I love this place all the variety of plates are really good we ordered the 3 taquitos dorados and for dessert canela Nachos with ice cream and oh my God are really really god. Angela has and excelente customer service she recommended us this dessert thanks Angela for been nice and make our day better with your attentions. God Bless you! And guys don’t forget the cucumber agua Fresca is really good 😊.

Chicken Koop is a nice spot with a great atmosphere. The food is definitely delicious, the chicken is flavorful and well-cooked. However, I do feel like the portion size for what you pay is a bit small. I ordered the 1/4 dark meat chicken plate, which came with one side, a tortilla, and a bottle of Coke. For the price, I expected a little more. It feels a bit overpriced considering the serving size. Overall, it's a good place if you're craving tasty chicken, but just know you might leave wanting a little more for what you pay.

This is one of our worst experience dining out. Chicken had no taste to it. It seemed like it was fried and old grease, chicken was dark and dry. Service was lousy no forks no salt no pepper not enough napkins and it took forever to get served, I did leave my opinion before leaving the place. They did nothing to compensate their lack of supplying good food and good service. Music was extremely loud. Couldn’t even hear my wife talking I do not recommend this place. Waste of money and time. We left our food, couldn’t eat it. Absolutely lousy all around. What a waste of time and money.

First time dinning in, won't be the last. This is our top option for spicy fried chicken sandwich. It is super hot but so tasty. Make sure to get a cold drink. Beer on tap is great. You will love this place. The rotisserie chicken is to die for

Customer service is awesome, very friendly staff. Service is quick and helpful. It was our first time here, food was pretty good. Fries are amazing, we had both garlic and regular, I loved the regular. Chicken was tasty, they have a variety of dipping sauce's. The atmosphere is really comforting but cozy with a hint of up to date with plenty of TV's.
