Everything was absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. Our table was ready exactly at the time they told us, so we waited at the bar and honestly, even that was a great experience. The bartenders were so nice, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. When our table was ready, they even invited us to hang out a little longer, which just showed how warm and genuine everyone was. The food was super fresh and flavorful. We tried the new tacos and they were a must-try especially the pork belly taco and the new carne asada taco… sooo good. We also had the green margaritas, which were refreshing and perfectly made. Everything came out fast, the vibe was great, and the music made the whole experience even better. Delicious food, great drinks, and amazing people we’ll definitely be back! 💃🏽🌮🍹

Great spot for fresh mexican food. Guacamole was delicious, fresh and seasoned well. It’s served with fried tortillas which is an interesting twist. Salsa also had a nice heat to it. All tacos we tried were fresh and delicious and the rice bowl also very good. Portion is a perfect size, looks rather small but is packed with flavor and very filling. Drinks also really good. They fresh squeeze the limes which makes for a delicious cocktail and the grapefruit aqua fresca was perfect. Nice heat from the ginger. Street taco restaurants are not uncommon but this happens to be a very good one and definitely worth visiting.

When your GPs takes you here and says "arrived" and you are puzzled and confused because you cannot see the restaurant, just park and walk behind the brick buildings towards the water. I arrived on a beautiful late Saturday afternoon and was informed there was a 30 min wait for a table (make a reservation ahead) but I was easily able to get a seat at the bar. The bartender does ask for a card (and ID), but there was no extra service charge that I noticed on my final bill. That is how it should be. I ordered a margarita and love that the lime juice is squeezed right then and there; it was a superb and fresh tasting margarita! I was given a slip of paper to check off menu items to order, which I thought was brilliant. I ordered the street corn off the cob ( note that website menu differs from actual menu) and it came straight away. It was fine, but not sure I would get again. A while later the sesame ribeye and roasted duck tacos arrived. Both were moist and full of flavor, and the roasted duck just blew me away. I would come here again just for this. The tacos looked to be small, but were filled with lots of meat and I was more than satisfied. There were 3 bottled sauces that I did try but did not use on my taco, yet I do appreciate they are avaible and all are really good. Decor is nice and outside dining area seems very lovely with views of the Saugatuck river and bridge. The staff was bustling and hard working, but noticed none smiled or joked with each other or customers. They sure worked non stop. However, they were all professional and courteous. The restrooms and the establishment were clean and all seemed to run smoothly, which is impressive with the amount of continuous traffic. I will return and do recommend.

My Mom and I visited the Westport location for our Mom/daughter day. It was our very first time and Sofie was our waitress. SHE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL and helped make our first experience perfection. Food is delicious, churros YUMMY but the service was PHENOMENAL. Thank you Sofie!!!!

We got there right at 6 and it was right before it got crazy busy. We were seated right away and our server was super nice. The restaurant definitely got loud and claustrophobic which I didn’t love but the food came out delicious and quick. The chicken soup was BOMB. And we also got a bunch of tacos which were very tasty.

Really enjoyed it. It's a little confusing to find and park if you have never been there. The tacos I had were all tasty. One did have very little sauce which I think would have made it better. Server was energetic and great. If you order through the QR code there is little need for a server outside of bringing food.

Bartaco Westport is a great spot with amazing ambiance, cool vibes, and a beautiful view overlooking the Saugatuck River in the summer. In the winter, the heated indoor seating still makes it a cozy and enjoyable experience. The servers and managers work hard to ensure the service never feels subpar—they’re knowledgeable, resourceful, and do a great job explaining the menu, even on a busy Friday night. The food is delicious, with a well-rounded variety of taco options to choose from. Overall, it’s a place you’ll truly enjoy.
