Not many food choices. Cheap price. You get what you pay. The MSG caused me headaches after the meal.
So I went to this place and have been a couple times and had bad experiences so I went 1 more time to see if the experience will change and no so let me start by saying that when I walked in it smelled like dirty wet mop and that was disgusting so I ignored it and sat down and went to get some food and I got the hibachi were they cook it and that was good but thats it and then I went to get the other food and it was cold dried out so I tried to.ignore it and got some rice and some sushi and the rice was hard and cold and the sushi tasted that it was sitting for a while and the walnut shrimp was super dry the dumplings was hard and cold and almost broke a tooth and stopped eating the food then I said I cant eat this stuff its not even hot and fresh so I went.back to the Hibachi were they cook it and I chose to only eat that as the other food was nasty and cold and told my self I have ti make the money worth it for being there and at the end I tried the fruit and the watermelon was bland not sweet or fresh and I juat ate the melon and cantaloupe and some of them as some were not good and the pineapple was not good its so sad that they went down hill oh yeah the only good thing was the green tea ice cream, wait I forgot the bathrooms was disgusting the doors looked so dirty the mirror was dirt and it did not look professional, I k ow they are trying but its not acceptable I am not goinf to this place again never again People becareful with the ladies that give you the bill as they point to the tip and force you to give a tip and smile at you like you need to do it and that is not nice, you should never feel like you have to be forced to give a tip, people who dont know will get taken advantage of I dont recommend this place for people to eat unless you want to get sick and eat cold food and be forced to give a tip instead of you wanting because you want tooo and they didn't even do nothing for you but rill your drink and take your old plates away thats it Never coming again ever, disgusting
I’ve been to a lot of a few buffet places, but this place takes the cake. The food is not good at all and I’ve been to a lot of cheap buffets and at least the food have flavor. I serve myself some beef ribs. Tell me why these people fried these beef ribs, and it taste like plastic. It doesn’t have any flavor at all, and it was hard to chew. The price may be cheap, but the food is not worth it at all. I wish they had more variety of food.😥
This place has changed names and management so many times. I like this new look of open space. The food selection is not that great, but the taste is not bad. I have an issue though when a Chinese restaurant messes up a noodle dish, that is a red flag for me. The Singaporean-style noodles was soggy and tasteless. I’m sorry. The hot tea was quite hot, I know my mom would be very happy with this. Otherwise sip slowly and at your own risk. I originally started the review with 2 stars but I gave it another chance and went for a second round with food choices I did not get at the first go. Chicken wings had a light and crispy batter and was still juicy inside- so good. Their charbroiled chicken was good. Cooked how I like it- charred. The seafood bake also good. For the dessert options- my fave was the sesame ball with red bean filling and fried plantains. The soft serve is minus the creamy texture, it’s actually icy. This was good with the fried sugar donut. Pizza was gummy, but dip it in the ice cream and it’s a whole new experience. Parking was adequate although I’ve experienced in the past it could get busy being that this is located in a plaza shared with many other businesses.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hibachi Grill Buffet for the first time during my aunt's birthday celebration, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The variety of dishes available was impressive, catering to every palate in our group. From fresh sushi rolls to crispy spring rolls, each dish was more delicious than the last. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Mongolian BBQ. The ability to customize your dish with a variety of fresh ingredients and then watch it being expertly grilled right before your eyes added a personalized and entertaining touch to our meal. It was not only fun but also ensured that every bite was exactly to our liking. Our server was exceptionally attentive, refreshing our drinks efficiently and always ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It's rare to find such proactive and thoughtful service. Overall, Hibachi Grill Buffet provided a fantastic dining experience that made my aunt's birthday even more special. Whether you're a fan of Asian cuisine or just looking for a place that offers a wide selection of quality food, Hibachi Grill Buffet should definitely be on your list. Five stars for an excellent meal and outstanding service!
I have been going to Hibachi for years but that will stop. 1- Food is mostly cold and when I serve myself from the "cooked" section of the buffet: Shrimp, broccoli and beef, and other items and go the grill section to make my food hot, the guy at the grill area has a very bad attitude. It’s not like there is any cross contamination going on or something. 2- Tipping is forced by your server who visits your table maybe twice, and will follow you to the cashier and wait until you leave a tip. I try to be a generous tipper and realize it’s hard work but dislike this new mandate. I will not tip if it’s forced and will tip if I feel I’ve been properly served and if it has been a pleasant experience; something that has been lacking from Hibachi!!! I will be going to another Chinese buffet even it it requires a bit a travel
Food is delicious, but it is not warm enough. I wish it will be better if there is not much MSG on fried 🦀 and fried 🦐. You must try sushi 🍣🍣. Fried shrimp is good. Sweet and sour fish is good. The prices is reasonable for the food. $17.99 for all day Sat and Sun.
