Ponzu Izakaya Waltham

Came here with my best friend and really enjoyed myself on a Friday night. Place serves very yummy and fresh sushi and some very yummy Korean dishes. Generous servings as well . I was very impressed with their scallion pancake yummy and savory and the size a lil larger than a small pizza plenty to share smoking 2 hungry people or 3-4 for light hot appetizer. Sushi was great as well. Love how they have a full liquor license too. Will definitely back and highly recommend!

Visited here with family (who love this place!) and I’m glad they showed my partner and I a wonderful local place! I ordered the chicken udon and it was very tasty! Loved the atmosphere and the service was very quick and the staff was super friendly!

My friends and I love the food. The sushi is always fresh! Staff is very friendly. All the rolls are fantastic, favorites include the Richard's Special, Kiss of Fire, and any spicy roll. Miso soup is also rish in flavor.

I was warmly welcomed and greeted by both the hostess and the chef on a rainy Saturday evening. It was before the dinner rush, and the restaurant was quiet and calm, with no one present except them and myself. I asked about my pickup order, and they graciously informed me it would be ready within a couple of minutes and invited me to take a seat. Because it was right before the evening rush, I was able to observe the condition of the restaurant and was exceptionally impressed by its cleanliness and order. The tables were spotless, the chairs were neatly aligned, and the space smelled fresh and inviting, creating a sense of calm and care throughout the room. Nothing I observed suggested this was a place run with mere corporate obligation; instead, it clearly reflected personal pride and thoughtful investment. To the owners and staff: our interaction may have been brief, but the impression will last a lifetime. Your food was absolutely delicious.

We plan to go to another restaurant nearby, but the atmosphere of this restaurant attract me. The reception people is friendly and efficient, very capable. Food is delicious as expected.

Had a sister date night and the food & service were incredible, we will definitely be adding it to our regular rotation! We ordered the scallion pancake which was massive & worth the $11, chicken Dolsot Bibimbap which was HOT & the rice got nice & crispy, Chicken Yaki Udon which had the perfect amount of flavor yet very light

Salmon set for lunch is my go to. Salmon sushi and rolls perfectly prepared every time. Salmon is super fresh and tasty. Had the toro special a few times and wow, the marbling of the pieces….melt in your mouth. The little things like the ginger, wasabi, lemon, miso soup, even the fine dinnerware also always spot on. Super clean restaurant. Food presentation, service and ambiance top notch.
