WON Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

While in Tulsa this afternoon, I decided to check out Won Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, and I’m really glad I did 🍲🔥. From the outside, the building doesn’t hint at much, but once you walk through the door it’s a completely different story. The interior is clean, modern, and very well done—clearly no corners were cut creating a cool dining atmosphere ✨🏮. I was greeted almost immediately and seated at a large table that could easily accommodate 6–8 people 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. The menu was extensive and well laid out, making it easy to see all the options available 📖. Within a couple of minutes, my server Trinity came by—she was friendly, upbeat, and eager to help 😊. Even though I’ve done hot pot before, she was happy to walk me through the ordering process and answer questions 👍. On weekends, they charge the dinner rate all day at $33.99 💲, which is slightly higher than average. That price includes either hot pot or BBQ; if you want both, it’s an additional $5. I chose to stick with hot pot and selected the house special broth 🍜. My protein choices were pork belly and ribeye 🥩, along with bok choy, a couple different mushrooms 🍄, and sprouts. I also visited the cold bar to mix up sauces and grab a few extras 🥣, including spicy cucumber salad 🌶️🥒, seaweed salad, and a couple of chicken wings 🍗. Shortly after returning to my table, a robot serving cart delivered my selections 🤖🚚, and Trinity helped unload everything. Presentation was great, and everything tasted just as good as it looked 😋. Service really stood out—my drink was always full 🥤 (a big plus for me), and Trinity stayed on top of everything without being intrusive 👏. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, and a fun, modern vibe 🎉. I’ll definitely be back! Grub Score: 8.6/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time at the place and can't wait to get back. Cool service droid. The menu was a little overwhelming but the server explained everything. Salad bar didn't but have much salad but I loved the cucumbers. Did was served fast. You must cook it. We tried hot pot. Really great selection of items and server kept checking back with us

The food is very good. However, I rated 3 stars because if you force the customers to pay for all you can eat, they shouldn't have to pay for leftover food that they can't take home. You're benefiting from your price structure. I think additional charges is price gouging! Ask for Gabriel as you will get IMPECCABLE service!

Recently, my family and I decided to have dinner at WON Korean BBQ & Hot Pot to celebrate my brother's birthday, and it was our first time dining there. Right from the start, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and beautifully designed the place was. The large and well-stocked bar caught our attention, and each of us tried different cocktails, all of which were fantastic. The restaurant offers the option to choose between Korean barbecue and Hot Pot, or even both if you’re really hungry. Cooking your own food is a fun experience if that's something you enjoy. They also have a sauce and condiment bar that is quite large, although I would have loved to see more options like real butter, oil, and dry spices. The food quality was excellent – fresh, high-quality ingredients that were plentiful. The service was friendly and attentive, and they even have a robot to assist with serving. It seemed like nearly every table was there to celebrate a birthday, including ours. The serving staff put on quite a show while singing happy birthday, adding to the festive atmosphere. Overall, WON Korean BBQ & Hot Pot offers a delightful dining experience with great food and service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate a special occasion.

We were seated promptly as we entered the door. Our waiter ,"Michael" attended to us in a prompt and professional manner. As it was our first time in their establishment. He explained the process of grilling and the hot pot well. It was a very authentic Korean dining experience that I had not enjoyed since I was in Korea in 2019. I found it customary in family restaurants in Korea that they felt they had not served you properly if they did not give you more food than you could eat and "Wen" the manager of the restaurant made sure that that was the case with us. She was so gracious and professional in her service to us we will surely return again and have already told all of our family members about the experience. It was my wife's birthday and they all came out and sang to her along with the singing robot. It was a very enjoyable evening and I'm highly recommend it to anyone for a special occasion.

Our waitress was great and attentive. Atmosphere was cool. Wasnt busy at all when we arrived at 730pm. Food selection was good. Would have liked if our grill plate was changed out once or twice but no big deal. You can definitely get your moneys worth easily. Would go again.

This place was a dining experience!!! Was so delicious and they have this cat robot that drives around by itself and drives food to the tables for the waitress! You cook your food in the middle of the table or in this little pot of miso soup. Their fruit bar was so good!!! Can’t wait to go back to explore more foods with her!!
