Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I don’t think I’ve reviewed a fast casual chain before, but I am so excited to share Cupbop with the world! The staff here have clearly been trained well and service is top-notch. We tried the Korean beef and the Rock Bop (tangy fried chicken). Both were excellent, so excellent that we returned the next day before we left town.

The food is not bad. This is a healthier option than going to the usual fast food places. I didn’t know they closed at 9:00PM, but I didn’t enjoy that we got there yesterday at around 8:45PM, ordered food and sat down to eat. It was literally 9:02PM cause I looked at the time, and one of the employees working came and told us they were closed and asked if we needed a bag, hinting it was time to leave. This isn’t a sit down restaurant where people take hours to leave sometimes. We were literally almost done.

We went here to try their Cheeto K-Dawg and it was disgusting. The cheese was cold, the dawg itself was so greasy, they didn’t even bother to try and crush the Cheetos to bread the dawg, there was full Cheetos on the dawg and it was completely burnt. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT TRY THEIR KDAWGS.

Absolutely loved the experience at Cupbop K BBQ! The service was fast, friendly, and super helpful with recommendations. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Food was hot, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Will definitely be coming back!

First time and I’m impressed! Esperanza provided a wonderful and welcoming presentation 💪 and had me sample some meats. The tastes and quality were 🔥. Got the Combo Bop with Piggy (pork) and Kko Kko (Korean chicken), along with noodles, rice and #8 Hot Sauce. Excellent service, open and clean atmosphere, and some yummy food. I’m still wondering if they used Korean 🇰🇷Chickens 🐣🐓🐔🤔. I’ll be back (Arnold Schwarzenegger accent).

Korean food in a cup! Ready to go, but you might want to stop, sit & enjoy the spicy goodness! We both picked bop bowls-beef & chicken. Both were excellent but I loved the beef Bulgogi flavor more!

Staff are very eager to serve new customers. It's apparent Managers and owners want to show their best side. They had many staff ready to work the line. The fried chicken is very good. Dumplings are solid as well. The noodles are clear and rice is sweet and savory. Soda machine was down.
