Honestly so sad to see this location has bad reviews. If you're a Topokki lover you are going to really enjoy this place!!! They have a different variety of topokki to chose from and I got to try some that I have never had. This is similar to a hot pot concept except with sauces/condiments for topokki. I thought for an all you can eat the price was great. 25 dollars on weekends and 23 during the week. You can get more pricey items like the sliced beef and shrimp to cook on the topokki which is really nice. As someone who loves veggies, they also had a large selection of veggies to choose from which made me really happy. Lastly the already made hot food was so delicious! Wings were crispy, mandu crunchy, and grilled pork belly to die for (plus there's more like japchae, beef bulgogi). The vibes were fun and livel, loved the decor. Lastly staff was extremely helpful and made great suggestion for drink pairings! Will definitely be back 🙂

Our first and definitely the last. I have a weird 15 year old daughter that's very adventurous when it comes to eating and not spending her own money. She loves noodles and Asian cuisine in general but this place wasn't good. It was definitely a different experience but not for us. You basically pick your ingredients and cook it in the hot pot at your table. Nothing was good! They have a small halal section on the buffet which is limited to about 7 items. $24 per person for mediocre food! Only good thing was the onion rings. The service was really good but the food not so much!

What an awesome place! Our server was fantastic, she helped us get started and then was very attentive. She was like this with everyone. Very impressive! The whole staff was very friendly! The food was wonderful! The Japchae was perfect. We did toppaki and fried rice both were very good! It was our first time and won't be last. Thank you for a great experience!

The food is dank here, and the staff are complete superstars. I've come here like half a dozen times now over the last 2 months. Their lunch prices are very fair. I haven't gone for their dinner service yet but I plan to one of these days. I love that you can make any stir fry sauce you like based on all the different spice powder combinations they have available for your tteokboki and bimbimbap. They have a decent selection of ready made food items that you can eat as well like halal chicken tenders, Korean style fried chicken drumsticks, chicken teriyaki, seafood Korean pancake, spicy pork, grilled pork belly, shrimp tempura, vegetable dumplings (steamed and fried), japchae, etc. Food is consistently good here. They've got a good variety of veggies, rice cakes, noodles, teokbokki, seafood, fish cakes, proteins that you can add to your sauce pot. This place is honestly a great compromise between someone like me who loves hotpot, and someone like my husband who doesn't really care for hotpot but enjoys pan fried/dryer food. The staff are very attentive, incredibly hard working, and deliver awesome service. I can't give this place enough praise. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Of all Asian based restaurants in the area, this has to be my favorite now. Everyone was so kind and helpful for our first time and the food was amazing. Anyone who has a bad experience, I’m convinced you just did not know how to choose the right hotpot bases and sauces for you. For the money you definitely get your buck for 2 hours! Everything was very clean and hygienic, and halal foods were marked down and easily accessible. Our first round of food was a test of everything to see what we liked or didn’t like but I don’t think we disliked anything if I’m being honest. They were pretty nice to us about the excess food as well. Definitely coming back again.

I finally got to try Witch Tteokbokki (마녀 떡볶이) here in Michigan, and wow—this place instantly gave me that nostalgic chingu-mom( 친구엄마) vibe (you know, like when you’d go over to your friend’s house after school and her mom would whip up the best homemade tteokbokki). The flavor was so on point that I couldn’t stop saying, "This is so good!" the whole time I was eating. The fried dumplings dipped into the spicy tteokbokki sauce? Next-level. That combo alone makes me want to come back again and again. And the service here—absolutely jinjja(진짜) amazing. A special shoutout to Hoyeon(호연님, he is also good at taking photos), the owner(사장님), and even John—you can tell why this place has such a rep for being one of the friendliest spots around. The non-alcoholic cocktail options were another thoughtful touch that made me feel really taken care of. If you’ve ever seen those K-dramas or Netflix shows where Korean students in uniforms are huddled around a bubbling pot of tteokbokki—that’s exactly what it felt like here. And it doesn’t stop there: the spicy pork bulgogi, the samgyeopsal with kimchi… all I can say is chef’s kiss. You can really see how much research and care went into building this menu. This spot is honestly such a gem, blending Korean comfort food with a modern U.S. dining vibe. Thank you to the owner for bringing such authentic yet trendy flavors to Michigan. I’ll definitely be back—no cap

Everybody that works here is called John. The manager’s name is John. One of the waiters name is John. My name is John. The bathrooms are also called John. It’s amazing here however, there is one waiter here who is just as nice as our John and his name is. HOYEON and in Korean it is pronounced John. Beef dishes are served with dinner. The chicken and seafood is veggies is served with lunch very unique different taste in terms of flavors that you can create create you’ll see possibly some of the slides different flavors that you can combine especially the spicy up to the top spices that’ll melt your mouth even before you take a taste of it so if you like spicy or no spicy or whatever it’s pretty good it is kind of like a hot pot, but it’s it’s it’s a song unique flavor. I think it’s a fish broth that you use as a base and you add the seasoning and spices and you go up to the table and grab all the stuff that you want for your meal and they will gladly give you new pots to cook with and the servers are very well trained very polite and putting up with a customer like me that’s amazing and the manager even put up with me and but since his name is John, I can forgive him. This is the only place in the United States outside of Manhattan so it’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity for you to explore with your taste buds vision and camaraderie with the people you love. This is a total different experience than Kpot and other restaurants like this in Michigan. This destination is the only one outside of New York and I assure you it is delicious. Manager John is a fantastic administrator. This is a good place to dine in and I hope you enjoy your experience. Love from Brighton MI.
