Absolutely unacceptable experience. Came for lunch with a friend and ordered pho with filet mignon on the side. My friend is not Asian and doesn’t eat food like this often, so he wasn’t sure what was okay or not. The order came out wrong, which was fine at first, but everything went downhill after that. One server completely ignored us when we tried to get his attention — he was right there and chose to pretend we didn’t exist. Another server brought out raw beef but refused to bring hot broth to properly cook it, even though our pho was no longer hot. I overheard staff discussing that they didn’t want to give us hot soup while my friend was literally trying to eat raw, undercooked beef. It was disgusting to watch and honestly shocking that the staff allowed this to happen. Only after I directly showed them how raw the beef was did they finally bring hot broth. One server ignored us entirely, another denied us hot broth to cook raw beef, and only a third server actually took us seriously. I regret not taking a picture because it was disturbing to watch my friend try to eat meat that was clearly unsafe. The lack of care, communication, and basic food safety was completely unacceptable.

This was the 1st Vietnamese restaurant we have been to in town and they never fail. The food and the pricing is well worth it. I've been to other locations in town and they don't compare. One thing We're really big on is customer service and they execute every time. The place is so clean the set up is nice and they really take care of their customers.

The place is quite big with the outdoor seats. The service is fast. They serve noodle, rice banh mi and drinks. The coffee and noodles are pretty good.

The workers are very friendly, thats why I keep coming here, it seems very authentic since most of them are vietnamese, I been to Vietnam multiple times and this restaurant approves.

We’ve been here a bunch and the food is great. But todays service was alright. We had ordered spring rolls but the server forgot about them. No one asked us if we needed anything the entire time we were there. Kind of felt ignored. Just sat us and took our order, forgot an item, and only talked to us again after the meal when giving us our check. Normally I would say something, but I really wanted to see if they were going check on us throughout the meal. Sadly, that didn’t happen. Again, the food is great but today’s service wasn’t as good as it normally is. So still 3 stars for me but was easily 4-5 stars before today.

The food is REALLY good! I have driven past this place a couple times and decided to try it out. Absolutely tasty, the staff are nice and very quick, emphasis on very! The atmosphere is nice with upbeat kpop music and there were all kinds of diverse guests from families, couples, and myself all with smiles and having a good time. Simple but delicious! Oolong peach tea with boba is really good!

I’m not going to destroy their reputation because they do have good food but this visit that I had wasn’t the greatest visit, I placed an order over the phone and they told me 15 minutes. I gave them a nice cushion and once I arrived, I told them I was there to pick up my order and one of the workers was carrying my bag looking around didn’t even ask me if I had a pick up order or not. I was just sitting there looking like a dummy. And then she proceeds to tell me yeah your order has been ready. I feel maybe she was scared to ask What I ordered. But just genuinely felt like nobody wanted to hand me my order
