Customer Reviews
Ko Ryo Jung Korean BBQ has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 828 reviews on Google
Ko Ryo Jung is an excellent Korean BBQ spot with truly authentic flavors. The quality of the meat is great—fresh, juicy, and well-seasoned. The banchan (side dishes) are plentiful and delicious, and they’re refilled generously. The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff helps with grilling and explains the best way to enjoy the food. The restaurant is clean with a comfortable, authentic Korean atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll come back to. Highly recommended!
This restaurant was very delicious and our server Francisco was awesome! He took really good care of us and was quick to bring out the meats and fill our water glasses. If you can ask to have him be your server. The other servers are probably great as well, but my experience with Francisco was awesome so I feel like he deserves a shout out. The meats were a good quality and they even have a bar you can walk up to to get different rice paper and some random stuff as well for your sides. I like that style set up, I feel bad having to ask the servers to go get me more kimchi or rice paper because those are Staples in my Korean barbecue diet Karma and I eat a lot of those things. Go check out the restaurant and get your bellies full!
This was the first time my wife and I had dined in at this restaurant after ordering take out many times. The first thing we noticed was the quality of the meats which rivals if not betters any of the KBBQ restaurants in Koreatown which we have dined at many times. They have a salad bar which is self serve, that's the first time I've seen that at a KBBQ restaurant but is actually a great idea, the staff were great and atmosphere excellent, highly recommend
What a great spot. Get the premium option. The bulgogi and filet mignon were my favorites but everything was delicious. This place is no-frills but strong on flavor and quality. I liked the salad bar, too. The pickled daikon is really scrumptious, as are the house sauces. Order conservatively because it's all-you-can eat (up to 2 hours at the table) and they'll charge you an additional plate if you don't finish what you order, which I think is very valid and fair. You can always add more and that's half the fun of it. I'll be back!
Although this is a Korean barbecue restaurant, I was a little surprised to find that none of the waiters were Korean when I arrived. AYCE has a wide variety of food, and some of it tastes good, but the beef tongue is too thin and not attractive. The buffet did not include drinks, which was a bit disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. I went out to dinner with my son and his girlfriend, and our meal totaled around $120. However, my credit card was charged twice — once correctly for $120 and again for $180.I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue before disputing it with my credit card company, but I was told the $180 charge couldn’t be located. After filing a dispute, my credit card company ultimately reissued the charge because the restaurant provided two receipts — even though one of those receipts (the incorrect $180 charge) was unsigned. This issue has been ongoing for over a month and is still pending with my credit card company. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled. I cannot understand why my card was charged twice, and I will not be returning to your restaurant. My son, who lives in Torrance, will also be informed of this situation.
Awesome! A traditional Korean food. This place is really honest about food. Washroom was really clean. This is a sincerely family restaurant I ever enjoyed. They had Kimchi stew that I ate in my home. I paid for it $20 include tips.
