Wingstop

Stopped by Wingstop and had a great experience. The wings were hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the order was ready quickly. The staff were polite and efficient, even during a busy time. The voodoo fries are the best fries in town! If you’re craving wings with lots of sauce options and reliable quality, this location delivers. Solid choice for takeout or a quick bite in Terre Haute.

I think it's very strange that they have the delivery drivers make the drinks for the orders that they are picking up. After doing a little reading online, it definitely seems like a health code violation. As drivers are not certified to handle food or drinks. And should not be handling the lids and placing the safety sticker on the cups. When I asked why they did that they said that's how all wingstops do it. But that's not true as I have been to many many other wingstops and the drinks were prepared for me whether drink dispenser was behind the counter or in the lobby. Definitely seems like they are just being lazy and not wanting to make the drinks because they know that the drivers are going to want to hurry up and pick up the order and get them delivered. I've let the health department know. And will let the food delivery know as well. Hopefully something changes because that is definitely is not sanitary.

In comparison to BWW, who I consider their competitors, the food was below average. The "garlic Parmesan" wing were just wings with powdered Parm cheese (like you'd put on spaghetti) not impressive. It was beyond silent in the restaurant, no music. All good came in styrofoam containers and a bag, even though we were eating in. While there, an employee took a very loud phone call in the kitchen , cussing out what sounded to be their child. Overall, bad experience, will not be coming back. Only giving 2 stars because it's cooked to a degree that is edible.

This location was clean and the wings were cooked to perfection. I would definitely stop here again when I pass through this town!!

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Late one night (June 11), I came in with a large group. Madison and AK were so incredibly accommodating. Wing Stop should be so proud of them. Our food came out hot and fresh. The customer service was unlike any I've experienced in recent memory! I didn't get the cook's name, but he was incredible as well!!

The fries were burn and the wings were so over cooked they were hard and very dry! Disgusting our families dinner absolutely ruined!

Very clean and nice employees 😊 will go back. We got Spicy Korean Q and some Bbq and fries and the fries are great the season is awesome.
