Spoon & Chopsticks Express Korean Cuisine

Edit: After a fire in the original location they've since changed to more of an express takeaway restaurant located in the Asia Food Market store. I can't speak to how they are now. The dishes I would primarily order in the past have been taken off the menu and I haven't tried them since they've reopened at the new location. Love this place. There is a button at the table and they leave you alone if you don’t hit it (I’m slow with deciding what I want). I went twice in the same week because I enjoyed it so much the first time it was at the top of my friend and I’s list of places to eat the following weekend. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I think it’s going to be in my rotation of Korean restaurants. Their prices being a few dollars cheaper than most places, while the food is also better in my opinion, is a great plus as well.

I’ve been to this restaurant every Sunday for a couple weeks, and I have been thoroughly impressed each time I have come. The food here is excellent. I’ve brought 3 friends with me each time, with all of us ordering something different each time. All 8 dishes were amazing. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The best part however, is our waiter, Patrick. He is super friendly, engaging and nice to talk to. I will 100% be coming back here soon for some Kimchi Fried rice and melon pops.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I loved the spicy pork bulgogi and tkekbokki(떡볶이). The waiter was very friendly, and they have a button at the table for when you need service. I like this because it lets them relax instead of having to check on you. The area outside seems pretty sketchy but don't let that bother you, as I had no problems and the food is outstanding.

Surprised with the atmosphere inside the building. Feel like an escape 🙂 beautiful and homey inside. Love the Kpop music background. Food was well prepared . Highly recommended the chicken feets because of the sauce. Make sure you can eat spicy food because it was SPICY. Only thing is the restaurant short on staff and only 1 girl work there. Feel bad that she has to do everything from cleaning, to serving and taking orders. When we have 3 tables she was so busy and had to run from table to table. So i hope we will have some helpers in the future to help her out. (4 stars) ______________ UPDATED: We’re back again today to try more food from the menu today. And sadly i had to edit my review. When we arrived. We stood for 18 mins and no one come talk or even take us into our table. So i had to hit the button from a random table to get their attention. The lady came out from the kitchen. Brought us into the table and had us sit there by ourselves until i had to stand up and asked for "attention" . Finally we got our order taken. I just hooe that the owner and the waitress at least greeting and take customers to their seats, then ask customer to wait. Instead of ignoring customer standing for almost 20 mins. Hope this wont happen to other customers.

Very nice dining experience. Was very good and recommended if you want something different than your usual dining choices, unless you are native to Korean cuisine. Truly enjoyed dinner here.

Food is good! They have a big TV that plays K-pop. When I ordered the food came out quickly and it was nice. There is a plenty of parking space near the entrance.
