KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

The food selection here is excellent for both hotpot and grill. They have almost everything I was looking for, and I loved being able to mix my own sauce for the hotpot and create a dip for the grilled dishes. The staff were fantastic, friendly and always checking in to make sure i had everything i needed. Overall, a great dining experience!

WOWWWW I LOVED IT SO MUCH! EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD AND TASTY. Except for the Kimchi. That was not fermented at all and not very spicy. The beef Bulgogi was excellent. The hot pot was great! I got the healthy herb? Soup base and boyyyyy was it amazing! I loved it! I slurped almost every drop. So good! Everything was really fresh and clean. Definitely coming back ASAP.

First time at K Pot and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the soups and the variety of fresh meats. Everything tasted fresh and it was fun cooking at the table. Our waiter was great and explained how to cook everything which made the experience even better. The service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Between the tasty food, the interactive dining and the great service this was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. I cannot wait to come back.

KPOT offers a fantastic dining experience with a clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere. Love the extensive choices of protein, veggies, and condiments at the buffet-style setup are a major highlight. It's especially enjoyable for families, with the interactive element of cooking your own meal adding a unique and fun touch, as seen with my daughter who absolutely loved it. The portions are incredibly generous, making it a great value for those with bigger appetites. However, as with any all-you-can-eat experience, it might feel a bit pricey if you have a smaller appetite and don't plan to fully take advantage of the unlimited offerings. Despite this, the overall experience, the quality of ingredients, and the enjoyable cooking process make KPOT a worthwhile visit, especially for groups and those who enjoy a hands-on dining experience.

They were attentive, friendly, and always checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing. Everything was explained clearly, from how the grill works to refilling broths and drinks, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely welcoming—you can tell they care about their customers. Because of them, the atmosphere felt fun, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish. This was hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend KPOT, especially for the amazing service!

what a cool place! the food is amazing, and cooking it yourself is so fun! there is so much that you can add to your meal - lots of different meats, vegetables, seafood, and more! if you want a super fun dining experience, KPOT is for you!!

First time visiting, very pleased with the experience. Selection of food was vast, many exotic options like tongue and baby octopus. Everything appeared very fresh. We got both the hot pot and the BBQ grill, reasonably priced considering the options and the all-you-can-eat offering. Several broth options that cater to most palates. Avoid the sauce bar if you have a peanut allergy, as it has a peanut sauce and there is a high risk of cross contamination, as all the containers are adjacent to each other. They assured me the protein and vegetable bars were peanut free. Service was excellent, got a tour as first-timers, very attentive throughout the meal. Nice ambiance, busy but not overly loud and there was no wait at the buffet bars. We will likely visit again when I’m in Syracuse.
