Cow Wow Korean BBQ

Lately, it’s been hard to find good-quality beef around this area, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality here. The meat was fresh and well-prepared, and overall the beef quality really stood out. One downside is that the place gets very crowded, especially during peak hours. The photo shows two orders of kkotsal (flower cut), and compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants in Duluth, the portion size feels a bit on the smaller side. I hope they can maintain this level of quality, because customers are very sensitive when it comes to meat quality. If they can keep the consistency, this place has strong potential.

This place puts the WOW, in Cow-Wow. This is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in GA. I've been to a ton of K-BBQ places over the years and this one is AMAZING. So much more authentic than most of the others around town. I love the difference that the charcoal stove makes. That extra flavor you get from most places that simply use propane or gas. And the food is simply fantastic. The meats and sides are all high-quality and super flavorful. The full-service difference is also great. The servers come around and help cook the food for you right at your table, allowing you to focus on your friends and family instead of cooking your own meal. I cannot wait to come back!

We went in on Thursday for dinner thinking it can't be that busy, but they were pretty packed. We waited for less than 10 minutes for table for 2. We ordered the combo special for 2 at $92.99, and every cut was delicious! Our server, Josh did an excellent job! I'm not sure how many tables he was responsible for, but he was busy the whole time we were there. Yet, he still made sure all of our beef and pork were cooked to perfection. I'm pregnant so he would tell my husband certain cuts are cooked perfectly at medium rare to eat now, and commented that we should let the other half cook a little longer for me! Attention to detail was really appreciated! Thank you Josh!

Cow Wow Korean BBQ is fantastic! The meat is so fresh and delicious—it truly sets this place apart. Our server was great, offering excellent service all evening. I especially appreciated the manager's flexibility; they were very accommodating with a special request we had. A top-notch KBBQ spot in Suwanee!

Best KBBQ I’ve had. Incredibly fresh ingredients and kind, quick service. We had a reservation for 9 of us and it was still so quick! Will definitely be my go-to for KBBQ!

We came in at 1/30/25 around 9:50 PM with a party of 6–7 to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The initial greeting was great, and the front staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by our female server, who was rude and dismissive. One friend arrived early and ordered about 10 minutes earlier than the rest of us, yet his food came out last. When asked, the female server coldly said, "Just wait, it’s coming out," without offering any explanation. The young male server with a hat yesterday, however, kindly explained the delay and was very attentive throughout the night. We also ordered seolleongtang and had to ask for salt and pepper, which are essential for the dish. The male server brought them, not the server who delivered our food. Checkout was frustrating as well. When we asked for our birthday cake from the fridge, the same female server cut us off and told us to go back to our table, even though we still needed the cake. We weren’t given a lighter, and we never received our checks, so we went to the front, where the same male server helped us again. I’m leaving 1 star because the poor service ruined what should have been a birthday celebration. The only positive part of the night was the kind male server and the front staff. Overall, very disappointing for someone who enjoys this establishment.
