Mampuku Ramen

One of the best ramen spots I’ve ever been to! A must-try for ramen lovers. I had their vegan ramen with miso broth and really enjoyed it. I also liked their "make your own ramen" style ordering system — it’s fun and customizable.

Lunch was delicious and super filling! We had to take half of it home as the portions were so generous. The kimchi fried rice was more than I could have imagined yummy wise. My toddler demolished a whole appetizer of edamame and plenty of the rice and ramen. Definitely looking forward to going back

This ramen was top notch. Mouth watering delicious. I got the birria that was on special, and wow, yea I will be going back plenty more times. Service was quick and attentive.

The Naruto Ramen is so good, I can't complain. Try the Shoyu with Wasabi crunch, you would like it 😋

There was a 20-25 minute wait on a Friday evening. The staff was polite and kept us informed with seating arrangement updates. The seating area is a bit small so that justified the wait time. The vegan ramen broth was very flavorful. Hot sake was a kept us warm on a very cold night in Santa Fe. Japanese chicken wings were tasty too. We also ordered the special izakaya appetizer which was fried sticky rice. Interesting but wasn't that good. It was served with wasabi crunch on the side but still lacked flavor.

Such a cute place! The aesthetic, the service, and food (i got the naruto ramen) was all a 10/10! I’m def going back when i’m in santa fe:)

Pros: exemplary service, superb food, reasonable prices. Cons: none We had a great lunch here and couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision. We were promptly greeted and seated, our server had just the right level of attentiveness. Our food was served fairly quickly and the food was delicious. The broth was rich, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was tender and complimentary and the seasoned egg was a lovely touch. The owner came out to check with us and make sure we enjoyed our meal. Thank you for such great service.
