Sakura Buffet

A little warm inside the building so an adjustment would be nice, and the food was pretty good overall. I did not care for the plain bao bun or the flavor profile of the kimchi. My favorite item was the baked scallops. Really yummy flavor. The seaweed salad is nice, just too spicy for myself! I love that they had edamame available. As a diabetic, I love seeing the vegetable options available.

Stopped for dinner around 6:30 on a Wednesday. Not particularly busy. It was $48 for 2 people. Went to get food after picking a table and literally every tray of food was empty . Thought surely they would be refilled and also asked if they would be refilled. Pretty much ignored. Sad I have been here plenty of times and had a good experience. Not this time .

Very quaint little place located in the shopping center area. The hostess were very nice. It was very warm in there due it was 70° that day outside. Luckily somebody finally turned on the air conditioner.

I would not recommend eating here even if it's the only buffet I'm the area. They don't clean their shrimps (poop), dough is either tough or overcooked, everything taste sweet including the kimchi, the sushi sits out for too long. And NO OYSTERS! The only thing good about this buffet are the small size pizzas and that says a lot. If you're coming here, get BBQ food straight from the chef. At least you can see how they cook your food.

We visited this all-you-can-eat spot on a Friday, and we were happy to find that there were seats available. The variety of food options was nice. The atmosphere felt relaxed, definitely more suited for family or friends rather than a fancy or formal setting.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.. TODAY WE WENT IN AND WE PAYED FOR EVERYTHING WE PAYED $130 WHICH IS FINE FOR ME BUT AFTER LEAVING WE GOT A PLASTIC PLATE TO PUT OUR FOOD SO IT WONT BE THROW AWAY AND THEY TOLD US AT THE FRONT THAT WE NEEDED TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOMETHING WE ALREADY PAID FOR AND AFTER THEY TOOK THE FOOD OUT OF OUR HANDS WE TOLD THEM WHY COULDNT WE JUST KEEP IT INSTEAD OF THEM JUST THROWING THE FOOD AWAY..? NEVER GOING BACK SENSE THEY WERE VERY VERY RUDE TO MY DAD!!!

Sakura Buffet is an interesting, beautiful, and nice place that offers a lot of Asian foods including spring rolls, shrimp, noodles, and others. I visited in May/Spring 2024 CE in Salinas (Monterey County), CA. The parking lot was very easy to park in. I got the sodas for free such as Pepsi more than a pint.
