We came here in 2022 and never forgot about the amazing food and experience; then 4 years later we were back in the area and took the time to go again. We were not disappointed. It was just as amazing as we remembered. The food is delicious, the variety of flavors of ingredients all compliment each other so well, and the service is personal and quick.

This was the best Ramen I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and the broth could have been a meal in itself. Rich, thick flavorful – – possibly the best broth I’ve ever had anywhere. But then I tried the pork. To. Die. For. It’s the first time I’ve ever had Ramen and the noodles weren’t my favorite part – – and I really love noodles. My daughter, who had actually ordered some delicious tacos in the same city market area, loved Her bites of my food so much that she wanted to get some to take back to school with her. Unfortunately, the owner had just closed up shop. Super friendly owner, absolutely delicious meal. I wish we lived closer.. But we’ll go out of our way to go to Roanoke just for Tonkatsu Ramen again!

Jason does an incredible job- his tonkotsu ramen hits the spot every single time, and sometimes he's got specials that are all amazing. We had one with oxtail a few weeks ago- incredible! Highly recommended if you've got that ramen craving.

A MUST TRY!!! This is some of the best ramen my husband and I have ever had, and we've had more than our fair share of ramen in our lives. My ONLY regret is that I got the smaller bowl of their delicious tonkotsu broth with brisket that literally melted in my mouth. My husband got their standard tonkotsu with pork belly and it was anything but standard. He actually sat back in his chair for a second and immediately made me try a bite-- the pork also melted into savory perfection. Even their sides are incredible-- Gyoza is by far my favorite appetizer and this tops the charts in my 30 years of memory. My heart is actually a little broken that we're just visiting Roanoke because this would instantly become a staple for us.

We love Ramen, and when I tell you how flavorful this broth was….I can’t say enough. Definitely will be back, HIGHLY recommend as well as the pork dumplings 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Huge fan of this spot! I'm obsessed with their fresh noodles - they're always perfectly cooked, never overdone. I keep coming back for the black garlic paitan and spicy miso ramen, especially when paired with their fall-off-the-bone slow-roasted brisket and no bone in sight. It's the perfect combo! Service is always on point too. Already planning my next visit.

This was my 1st ramen experience, and they knocked it out of the park. We came as a group from out of town staying close by. Someone googled ramen and this popped up. We came fairly late in the day after our event. In the market area there was only 1 other restaurant open. All others looked like they closed for the night. He took all 7 of our orders in stride like he was ready for the challenge. Ordered on the kiosk and he confirmed each person's order. He was out of a specific piece of meat and gave us 2 other options for the meal. He cooked all 7 bowls and side dishes while we waited and had all of them ready at the same time. WoW were the dishes great. I was telling the group I'm a ramen believer now. We left VA and I started googling local places for me to have more, hoping it tastes the same or better. This place hands down was so great.
