Customer service was an A plus he was really nice and helped when you didn’t know what to get and explained the ingredients. I saw him helping the person in front of me. The food is also really good and we had a fun talk with the cashier. The music is also good and the seating area with the decorations! Will come here again. (The picture is the Katsu signature dish with kimchi fried rice)

Wanted to try vegan options but they were out of spring roll. Tried veggie dumplings. They were greasy and bland. No flavor at all. Sauce was flat soy nothing special. Do not recommend

Basically an asian-ish fusion type place, you get your rice/starch base and stack stuff on it as you wish kind of like a poke bowl. They have a few pre-made choices as well. Quality is good, definitely a great grab between classes for NSCU students.

Great foods with affordable price! I really love they open neat campus area! Foods were amazing and serves quickly. Server was very kind and nice. Hopefully they provide more indoor seating soon. Highly recommend it!

Check your bag for to go orders. I was charged for extra sauce and didn't receive it. I called and no one answered, the phone just rang.

This place had everything! 10/10 For those expecting to eat with chopsticks not all rices are made for eating with chopsticks so don't give mediocre reviews just because you could not enjoy your meal with chopsticks. That being said, this place and guasaca are the only two places that serve amazing food with FLAVOR. They actually have fresh products and their portions are amazing. My boyfriends brought me here for the third time and our experience keeps getting better and better. Everyone at the store was kind and patient, I recommend this place 10/10. Worth trying out if you’re in the area and hungry! Lol

Very good, as a customer you have many customization options for your bowls, maybe a little too much. I spend a good 7 minutes deciding what I wanted since I had to learn how everything works and analyze all the options. The bowl was very delicious and it lasted me almost 2 meals, sauces were amazing. A little pricey but I would definetly come back. I didn't eat in the lobby but it looked like a nice place to eat with friends.
