So my wife doordashed an order, after receiving the wrong order my Wife is Heather W, this order clearly isnt her, the staff placed me on hold while supposedly going to get the manager, i was on hold 8 mins when another girl named AMANDA rudely answered the phone, I assumed she was the manager I was on hold for, she wasnt and she ended up hanging up on me. I am tired of these lowlife workers with NO Customer Service etiquette making these companies look bad! Do better wing stop! I would give 0 stars if I could! We ordered here all the time! After today and Amanda and their service, Buffalo Wild Wings will be the new normal for our family!

Thanks, Wingstop… Spent $30 on food just to get fries that were supposedly "correct," which apparently meant extra salt and nothing else. I ordered Hot Honey and Mango Habanero wings, and both came out completely plain—just breaded, zero flavor. Not even close to what was advertised. The customer service and quality control were honestly disappointing. It felt like no one was paying attention, and ordering ahead (which we thought would make things smoother) ended up being a complete fail. I expect better for the price and for the reputation you claim to have.

⭐ 2.5/5 – Disappointed with drink quality, food flavor, and cleanliness I ordered the 10-piece Classic Combo yesterday, half Lemon Pepper and half Garlic Parmesan. When I went to fill my drink, the machine was being fixed, so I waited. After it was ready, I tried the lemonade first, but it was completely watered down. I dumped it and tried the sweet tea, which was empty. Then I tried Powerade and Coke — both were watered down as well. I finally went with orange soda, which had a little sweetness but still didn’t taste right. While waiting for my food, I noticed that the tables and chairs were not wiped down — there were food smudges on the table and stains on the chairs, which was disappointing. My order came out quickly, and the fries were hot and fresh, which I appreciated. I did receive the correct number of wings and the split of flavors was correct. However, the Garlic Parmesan wings did not taste like Garlic Parmesan — they were greasy and mostly tasted like butter, with little to no garlic or parmesan flavor. Please fix the drink machine, and kindly ensure that the sodas are properly mixed. Watering down drinks cheats customers and affects both the flavor and the caffeine level. Overall, the service was okay, but the drink quality, cleanliness, and flavor consistency made the experience disappointing.

Sadly when you're ordering delivery, they dont double check the food or bag. Missing three dipping sauces and got our drinks wrong. Since they use doordash, you cant get ahold of anyone to bring you what wingstop messed up. So if you dont have a car, you are out of luck. I got two orders of wings that for sure could use some sauces. Manager said best she could do is refund for the drinks and the sauces which is nice but this is not the first time the orders when delivered were wrong....

A lot of my family and friends has always enjoyed Wingstop for quite some time, but my recent couple experiences have left me disappointed and concerned about the direction this company is heading. The quality of the food has noticeably declined; the wings, fries and sides which were once crispy and flavorful, have been served undercooked and lacking the bold flavors that made Wingstop a go-to destination. The sauces that used to stand out now taste watered down and inconsistent. Additionally, the service has taken a turn for the worse—my orders have often been incorrect or incomplete, and while the staff is generally friendly, they seem overwhelmed and inadequately trained. Increased wait times and a diminished focus on customer satisfaction have made my visits increasingly frustrating. Overall, the combination of poor food quality and subpar service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Wingstop needs to reassess its operational standards and prioritize both food quality and customer service to regain the trust of its loyal customers. For now, I’ll be looking for other options that can deliver a better dining experience.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the wait time would be over 40 minutes, to which we kindly agreed as Wingstop WAS a favorite and this is the only location in our area. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we inquired about the status of our order. Unfortunately, our request was initially ignored, and we were later told that our order was being wrapped. It seemed that after our inquiry, several customers who arrived after us were served before us. When we received our food, it was cold, and we noticed that our fries and ranch were missing. While we did eventually receive the fries, we were informed that there would be an additional $3 charge for ranch.
