Panda Express

I was just in panda express now I come here for the food but it would be almost perfect if the atmosphere wasnt so toxic. As a hispanic male I feel like I dont get treated the same way as others do here. The employees fail to acknowledge me as soon as I walk up to order. I understand they have drive thru n online orders but letting me know it will be a min would help. I also feel uncomfortable sort of like im being burden on the employees because I wanna spend my hard earned money here to eat. Im not expecting them to go out of there way to give me an great experience, but making it most unpleasant is not good either. I almost feel hated, they made me wait for over 5 mins just to order, and I think they only did it was because an older gentleman who was caucasian came behind me to order. Im not sure what kind of store Panda is running here. But do better man, does anyone else sort of feel this way also?

If you like their menu (for me, it's the mushroom chicken), it's enjoyable. The service has never stunned me, they don't tend to be very friendly. And what's with the brown rice situation? It's listed on the menu but "they haven't had it for years and don't know when the menu will be updated". Is it that hard to take a piece of tape and put it over it?

The food tastes good, but they never get the order correct! I go through the drive thru tonight on my way home from a Dr's appointment in Colorado Springs. When I placed my order, I said I wanted the mushroom chicken in a medium a la carte box. They didn't put the mushroom chicken in a medium a la carte box. They put it in with the fried rice and orange chicken while they put my honey walnut shrimp in a small a la carte box. Pay attention to what the customer is saying instead of doing it your way.

The staff here was friendly and things were clean on the inside. The food was my real problem. It’s been years since I’ve eaten at Panda and decided to give them a shot for something different and convenience. Though the food was hot the friedrice was bland, little to flavor and some pieces were crunchy. The broccoli in my chicken dish was overcooked, did not look like broccoli and barely tasted like it. I think I’m good with Panda for a long time.

This was the first time to try panda express. What I ordered was quite tasty and very fresh. Not a huge fan of rice, so I was glad to discover the super greens.Great alternative to rice. There was a lot of people in line today, but I must say they did a pretty good job getting everybody through, the lady's serving us today was amazing.

Stopped for lunch and fully expected to just grab a drink and then food elsewhere as msg makes me sick. They had a sign displayed that they are msg free! I was so happy! I loved their food but had to avoid it till now! The orange chicken is almost a spicy sweet. The steamed rice was nice and fluffy. We will be back.

The staff is so kind, even if you go in a bad mood you leave feeling better and more loved than when you walked in. My family loves their food and my kids ask for it all the time!! Definitely recommend
