Ttobongee (또봉이) Chicken at Pleasanton

Although it's a bit of a trip from home, my family truly loves this chicken. The flavor is simply fantastic! I totally recommend giving it a try. Plus, the staff is wonderfully kind and attentive. You're definitely going to enjoy this place!

The original whole fried chicken was delicious! It was juicy, crispy, and flavorful, and truly didn’t need any extra sauce or flavoring. Plus the price was quite good, and the fact that it’s a fairly small chicken means it’s not overly fatty like some larger-sized ones can be and perfect for a small family. Our favorite thing we got though was the sotteok sotteok sausage and rice cake skewers. They were so addicting I almost wish we had gotten more than 2 orders of them!

I love this place. This taste exactly like how it is in Korea and its a must try place for everyone. The outside of the chicken is very crispy and the inside is soft. Also, they are not too salty or spicy. It has very balanced taste. If you are looking for the best Korean Chicken place near this area, this is it.

Crispy chicken like Popeyes, not that much salty, but the price much higher. The rice cake tastes good. The place is clean except for one big fly there. The Yang Nyum chicken taste was very good for kids.

Been here once in person and got take out once. Both times the KFC and raddish was absolutely perfect. Best KFC in the area. I got a rice roll one time too and it was okay (notjing special). I will go back soon

This review is for our second visit (we loved it the first time). While the flavor was still consistent, we were really disappointed with the portions. The size of the drumsticks was significantly smaller than the first time, it went from a normal size to a party size. Even though the staff acknowledged this themselves and added an extra one in our order, for the price one really didn’t make that much of difference. Really hope they can do well and would love to return, but they really need to maintain their quality and keep up the bar.

Not as great as 5 star reviews. Order to go, the original chicken taste not really special and the crunchiness plus color not golden brown as in the pic. They add few pieces due to the small drum stick, nice to get few extras. Recommend to order not original and if u order the extra spicy no.7, is not really spicy like thai chilly.
