At first I was hesitant to come in this place. But good thing I tried it. Food was excellent. The guy that serves is really nice. My daughter ordered udon, and it was amazing. I never liked udon, but this one, is really good. Chicken wings is really tasty and the bibimbop is fantastic. I love that the bibimbop is not too strong. I wish they will come to Vegas! Ps. The kids beef bowl is really good for 6.99$ I wish I can give this place 100stars.

Bop & Roll is amazing! I’ve been a few times and I always want to try new things but I keep going back to the Chicken Katsu and Gyoza. It’s worth the 45 minute drive and definitely needs to be on your radar. Excellent portions sizes. The chicken is perfectly breaded paired with the right amount of rice and sides. The tempura shrimp is delicious and I often treat myself to it. I awesome it’s the owners that work in the kitchen and they are extremely friendly and courteous throughout the experience. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. If you live in Scottsdale and haven’t been, you’re missing out!

So glad I stopped in here today. Hidden gem in north Phoenix/Scottsdale area tucked in the back of the complex next to the Harkins theater. Stopped in for the first time today and had their bulgogi bop - added the glass noodles. Definitely recommend. I’ll be back in soon to try their Korean style chicken wings!

I was here for the first time on 8/23/25 I ordered the beef bulgogi bop and my brother got the teryaki bop and we shared a side of fried gyoza. Food was really good, we liked the chopped cabbage and the portion size of all was great for the price.

Bop and Roll is amazing! I always get the beef bulgogi bento box, and the portion is great! The employees are kind, and the food is incredible. This is my go to place for when I’m craving bento boxes.

Great food. California rolls very fresh and yumm. I had the chicken teriyaki bop w/white rice.
